I came in to this location and the guy behind the counter was rude from the time I walked into the store asking what do you need. I asked for coolant. He walked over and showed me where it was from my vehicle and walked away. I picked it up and brought it to the front desk. He checked me out and I asked if there was someone who would be able to put it in my car he said yeah, as he walked away with the coolant. I asked for a receipt for my purchase, and he seemed to be upset about that. We get outside, I popped the hood he starts talking sarcastic and asking questions in a sarcastic voice asking why do I need coolant and it’s low according to who? I politely answered my light came on in my car, and as you can see it’s well below the minimum line. He proceeds to give off body language as if he did not want to put the coolant in and assist me. I decided never mind I will just take it with me. He says yeah, you do that! As he is walking away, he makes a comment saying you asked for a receipt for coolant. I was trying to find out What relevance that had to do with anything. So I said what does that mean? Yes that’s what I purchase and I asked for a receipt for coolant. Goes on saying you just spent $22 on a bottle of coolant. I’m questioning your decisions. So I asked him what does it matter to you what I spent on coolant it’s my money why are you so concerned about what I bought and why are you so concerned about me asking for a receipt? He continues on, called me childish and continued to insult me. I told him he needed to grow up. Then started asking how old are you? You’re the one who needs to grow up I’m getting paid to listen to you. I then asked for a manager, and he threw both hands up and says you’re looking at him. I walked out of the store and then contemplated returning the coolant WITH MY RECEIPT! I decided to just leave it be. I am in disbelief at how I was treated. This is not the way you treat a customer and I will NOT spend another dime there and I will be sure to share this experience with everyone I know! This was so embarrassing and I have NEVER in life been treated this way in an establishment I am making a purchase at!

The kid behind the counter was a little rude and didn't even want to help me carry a very large and very heavy truck battery to my car.

Caesar was very knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend this location because of his customer service!(The whole staff was helpful, but I specifically worked with him on getting my car battery tested.)

Cashier suffer type kid wasn't friendly. Was just paying for my item. Guess I disturbed his stocking work.

Very pour service. I asked about a battery replacement I've had in my truck for 2 months, so as I'm think on my next action guy starts to click is finger to get my attention so I said don't click fingers like then he proceeds to curse at me using f-bomb. Call customer service and open a cause , they seems disinterested as well.

Quick and efficient. And they accommodating my pregnancy by giving me a fan and chair as I waited for them to change my battery. Great customer service.

My DieHard Gold battery went bad after 16 months and they honored the three year warranty without a thought! Angel tested the battery and confirmed my ships diagnosis. She then processed the return and gave me a whole new battery free of charge with a whole new 3 year warranty on it. Angel then proceeded to change them out and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service!! Would highly recommend!

Advanced auto parts doesn't have a good customer service on phone and it person this men doesn't deserve to work with advanced auto. They made me drove around for part that I paid for online and when you get to the location to pick it up they said they don't have it but it was confirmed online they have it. It happened to me 3 times in the same day. The third time they gave me the wrong part when I came to change it this man was been really Rude to me.
