They will disregard you if you’re a woman. I stood in there for over 20 minutes waiting for assistance. They helped every man that walked in. I will not return to this location. I simply wanted to purchase brake pads for my car. I placed the order and just wanted to pick them up.

Purchased an ICP from this location. Realized the next day it was not compatible and attempted to return the unused part. Return was refused due to it being an 'electronic'. Now I am stuck with a useless $170 part. Poor customer service.

Terrible. We ordered a part , and was insured a part was coming in the following day at 9am. When arrive they did not have the part. Having sent me to another location 25 minutes away because they said I can pick it up there. When arriving to this other location I had to PAY AGAIN! Even though I provided the correct receipt. This store is not trained well, causing an inconvenience, now I have to go BACK to this store for a refund. WHY LIE AND BE HONEST! ALL TO GAIN DAILY SELLS GOALS??? Next time train associates better, honestly and don’t give a PAYING CUSTOMER INCONVENIENCES… shopping strictly O’reileys.

At the entrance there is a notice "Spanish is spoken" but there is never anyone available to assist you in Spanish. I have to use the translator at every opportunity. In relation to the products, I have achieved what I am looking for.

Wow the "manager" on duty right now is totally disrespectful and completely unknowledgeable. Not sure how this place is running after that experience.
