As last time said: the store in Centerville,Ga. Is a MESS AND THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND MORE BY PHONE. This time AGAIN THEY DON'T GAVE ME THE WARRANTY FOR A Power Steering Pump of 2015 F250 ??? well, I decide to visit the store on Memorial Dr. Decatur,Ga. WAS EXACLY THE SAME CORRUPTION !!! The girl said my part has no warranty , then I questioned & ask to see the receive. She read & said yes has warranty. Ok, can You change plese? She answer have not the part, what I nees to do is buy a new one and if is defective again I can be back and change ir to me??? What!! Has or not warranty ??!!! She answer again, yes it has but has no the part on store ,they need to order & I need to pay !!! ????????? ... this is not the first time they do some thing AGAINST THE CUSTOMERS , I HAVE A COMERCIAL ACCOUNT ON AUTOZONE BUT I ALWAYS PREFFER YOUR COMPANY BUT AS I ALREADY TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS : NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING ON ADVANCE ... I WILL CONTINUE GETHING MY STUFF ONLINE AND OTHER COMPANIES ...

The mechanic and the owners are very nice inefficient and they respect women they don't treat us like we don't know nothing I went in one day for a problem that I thought was a problem and they let me know that I didn't need what another mechanic at a different business had told me all I had to replace was one spark plug if you go there they will not try to charge you for something that you didn't need they will explain to you everything that they will have to do to repair your car and they're not so hard on the pocket they are some good men that own that Advance Auto Parts, good mechanics working there too.

Absolutely zero customer service skills! Everything you're supposed to do when you are dealing with a customer in your business was not done at all absolutely horrible. At first I thought that this guy just had no personality, then I saw he was jovial with his coworkers.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I've been trying to come and give this store chances and it's just not it. This store is so poorly managed it's inane. I tried to return some sockets and was told no?? Said that those specific sockets can't be returned but no where did it say that. In addition to that, one manager tells me yeah I can do the return for you but then another manager tells me they can't. Soooo which one is it?? If they're not returnable PUT UP A MF SIGN OR TELL THE CUSTOMER AT THE REGISTER. Also You ask them a question about something in the store and they look at you like you're stupid. If you don't even have a little knowledge about cars DONT WORK AT AN AUTO PARTS STORE. Came to get MY alternator tested and they didn't want to give it back??? Sooo definitely consider this store non existent

One of the employees looked up the numbers for my 2012 Volvo S80 brake light bulb and a blinker bulb. I followed him to get the items and carry everything back to the counter. He had me back in my car within 5 minutes. Great service!
