horrific experience. much needed medical equipment ordered by the doctor stated that it would take 4 hours at most. a day later and they can't deliver until 2-5 the following day. What is the point of this company? reported to BBB

Got an email saying I could reorder CPAP supplies and insurance would cover it. So I ordered. 3 months later got an invoice for $300, called customer service and they said “oops insurance doesn’t cover it 🤷🏻♂️ “ terrible

They were the providers of oxygen to my late husband (you can see label on tanks) but now that he has passed I can't get them to come pick up his unused oxygen. I've made SEVERAL phone calls and been td by SEVERAL people someone would 1.call or 2.pick them up. Nothing. So if my garage explodes I do intend to sue them!!!
