I’ve had many poor experiences with location. Mostly with the front desk. They are very unprofessional and aren’t capable of scheduling appointments or collecting payment correctly. Technicians typically are running behind and are “out sick”. While waiting to be seen, numerous times I’ve seen other customers refused service if they are slightly late. As far as the lashes, I’ve seen 3 different technicians regularly over the last year. One of them did a pretty decent job. One of the techs broke my lashes off and left my bottom lashes a mess because there was so much glue on them. I finally gave up because of the overall problems with this studio. I also tried for several days to get a return phone call, left 3 messages and spoke to 2 different receptionist. I’m not sure if messages aren’t getting to anyone or if they are just ignored.

Dropped my gf off at 8:17 for her 8am appointment. I left and went back over to our side of town in Kennesaw to receive a phone call at 8:40 from her saying she can’t be seen. After Hannah told her they would try to work her in. Hannah said that they have a 10min wait on time of appointment before they give it away. Hannah stated that it’s in the confirmation. We looked for it could not find it. Appointment was confirmed two weeks in advance when it was scheduled. Hannah said they gave her appointment to a walk in and couldn’t see her today (12/2/24). My gf had to uber home. And now I have to bring her back another day to get them done. This is poor business practice. Atlanta traffic is unpredictable. We left the house at 7:30 which should have allotted plenty of time yet we were still late. Just as time is money for you, it’s the same for me. I also understand the power of word of mouth and reviews

The experience was pleasant I had Briana Bri as my tech. She was wonderfully and throughly explained the last process and listened to my request. However I opted for the first time client special which was $99. I was charged an extra $20 for a “master tech or stylist” which Bri was not advertised on the website as such. I bought the eyelash shampoo and followed all the care directions and my eyelashes look like this
After a week and a half. I called week one and asked if it was normal if half of my lashes were
Already gone by less than a week and was told it depend on how fast my eyelashes grew and what side I slept on. Personally I don’t think my eyelash growth is this much and I sleep with an eye mask that protects my lashes. I was told I could schedule a refill but I don’t think overall the classics are worth the money. I’d recommend opting for full dramatic lashes if you want to get your money's worth.

Stylist: I love all the stylist at the East Cobb location! Everyone I have gone to does an amazing job and I love how I am able to get all my body waxing done there now as well! 5 Stars!!

Extremely poor customer service. I let it slide that my appointments consistently start 20 minutes to an hour after the scheduled time because I love my stylist and her work, but after being over charged and having to make multiple attempts to speak with a manager and still have not been able to speak to one, it’s clear that after 7 years as a member and 3 years at this location they do not care about their customers. Will not be returning.

Ive never been one to leave reviews, but i left this place in tears because of how awful my lashes look, this would be my second time getting a lash lift and tint and I am so disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before I booked with this place. They look nothing like what is presented in the pictures or how i got them done previously at a different place. I even spent an extra $30 unknowingly because I was worked on by a master stylist, but the looks of my lashes do not represent that. They are uneven, and they look as if they were done incorrectly. When I went back in and asked why my lashes looked the way they did and if she could fix them, she told me no, and that it was just my natural lash pattern and they would hopefully relax in a few days. Im absolutely distraught and disappointed by my service here!

I’m not in the practice of leaving bad reviews. I usually try to work out issues in privately. Since no none has responded to my messages, text, or email I can only assume they don’t care. I’m baffled by how a business can lock and close its doors early without informing their clients who have scheduled appointments.
This was the case when I showed up (5 mins early) for a confirmed appointment on June 30. I do understand emergencies happen. But to not contact me or follow up the next day to apologize is very disappointing, insulting and extremely unprofessional. As if that weren’t enough, the next day I saw that my credit card was billed $35!
I have tolerated the vague membership plans and pricing for longer than I should have because the lash technicians are usually good. However, I’m done now. I’m not suggesting you don’t patronize this business, but do your research and go at your own risk.

Terrible service, filthy location, short on supplies, They don't have soap or towels to wash your hands so what are the techs doing for hygiene? One or two good techs. The rest are unreliable and untrained. This location has struggled with management and currently doesn't have a manager. Kids are running the place & the owner is rarely there. Spend your money elsewhere!
UPDATE: it took six days for the owner to respond . It feels like this is marketing lip service because nothing ever changes here.

So unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment in,weeks in advance, I took off work and drove all the way out there and they forgot to actually schedule the appointment and turned me away! I had to wait two additional weeks before I could finally get in (I even postponed my trip) and they canceled on me 3 MINUTES before I arrived! I was never offered any sort of discount or anything. I Will never go back.

I am soooo upset!! After several canceled appointments in succession, someone made an appointment for me that I didn't request. As soon as I received the notification that an appointment had been made, I immediately sent a reschedule text. Then I got a notification that I received a late cancellation penalty. No big deal. I pay for a membership and have credits stored. I'll deal with this later. Nope!! Not only did they charge my card for an ADDITIONAL $89.99 but today is day three of calling several times a day asking for a manager, texting the complaint number, and everything else I can do, all to no avail as there is never a manager onsite and when she does stop by, returning calls of upset customers isn't on the list of priorities. They've withheld services that have been prepaid and now they're stealing from me. If you do subsribe to a monthly membership, please do yourself a favor and put a prepaid card on file or they'll be helping themselves to what's in your account, too!

After searching and searching I would not recommend this place to no one. I’m new to GA and was referred to this place never again. "Be careful when getting your lashes done here. I went in for a lash special for $99, for first time client but when I checked my account and found out that they overcharged me almost $300. They said they would refund me, but I still haven't received anything back. They were not full after the service additionally, my lashes started falling out after one week of service. My advice is to save your money and time."

I am very disappointed with the service. I paid 144 today is day 5 and I’m losing lashes. My lashes didn’t look full from day one. I e never had my lashes done and come off so fast. I’m more disappointed than ever to know you pay for what you get however 144.00 for 5 days is horrible . Not to mention. I showed her a picture and they are no where near what I asked for

I am so happy to find my new lash home! I had some busted lashes and master artist, Adrienne, totally changed that. She was very fast installing, and incredibly light handed. She explained every step of the service, and shared her best practices for future care. The studio is very clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and they offer great retail and deals on membership packages. This was a great experience.

People, please be careful with this lash studio. I tried to cancel my appointment for personal reason. They told me they couldn't cancel and they still have to charge me full price. I came in and got a full set classic lashes. I paid $220 with tip. The young lady did a horrible job. My lashes weren't full at all. My eyes were glued together. It looked like I was missing lashes especially on my left eye. plus my lash tech smelled like spoke or Marijuana. I feel like she didn't do a good job because she was under the influence. Plus she was late. I should of told on her and got my refund. I was just super frustrated and upset. I wish they could of made it better.
