Despite our tardiness, the staff graciously extended the opportunity for us to partake in all the enjoyment and activities originally reserved for the event attendees. A male manager, whom we regrettably did not inquire about at the time (details to be added later), dedicated over 10 minutes to engage with us, going so far as to offer complimentary gifts. He dedicated himself wholeheartedly to imparting joy and knowledge to children.This thoughtful gesture left us deeply moved by the kindness and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
