My experience is horrible if something happens on the weekends or after hours you cannot get anything taken care of you have to wait till business hours so in the meantime, you’re without money it’s just a bad way to do business the other issue. I’m having with ACU if I tried to open a business account and they refused me a business account based on my credit what does that have to do with opening a business account? I’m trying to strive here.

The lady I talked to on the phone was HORRIBLE and hung up on me while I was trying to get help. They left me on hold for another 2 hours after the lady hung up on me definitely switched credit unions

It’s the day after thanksgiving and two individuals showed up at my house. One man got out of the car and took a photo of my house and left a note on my door to call Oscar. There was no knock on the door at all and I call the number… bank is closed. This is very sketchy and will be notifying the police. There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED to come to my property pull IN MY DRIVEWAY and take a full photograph of my house. Especially when your bank is not operating today & I have never done business with you.

I contacted Marietta Branch about two accounts that needed transfers. They picked up the phone immediately. They could not help me at that moment but took my number and said they will call me back in thirty minutes. My fingers are crossed! But I have always had excellent service in past. Never disappointed.

I always have an issue at this branch with the same exact lady but I go to the branch 30 minutes away and they do exactly what I ask. I believe it’s just this location that doesn’t have nice customer service. All the other locations are great!

I am just going to say this is the worst credit union I have ever experienced. They never call you back, they never answer. I will not be using this union ever again. Rude is a understatement. I have never talked to anyone the way these people talk to there "customers". DO NOT RECOMMEND!
