Store always close with a sign with “30 min lunch break” or “5 min restroom break” have waited the time twice and no one gets back. I have call the store no one pick up the phone to see what time will a person be there.

Hands down the best experience at an AT&T store. Chris was the manager who helped my wife and I activate grandma’s phone, purchase an IPad, and more importantly navigate through AT&T’s customer service after we found out that they have been charging us for a phone that was not activated from a neighborhood AT&T sales rep. Chris went above and beyond with his customer service to make sure that it was memorable. We intend to go to the store if need be when Chris is working and if he transfers to another location then we would travel there!

I reached out via phone and the agent obviously was not trained to address the issue with the new phone shipment being canceled and no refund to my credit card. She attempted to connect us to the fraud department and was not successful at that either. This was the first call of two calls. She left us hanging in the balance and disconnected from us without Ietting us know. So unprofessional and senseless that At&t would hire someone lacking in customer service etiquette with no no how to assist. Training may help. Shame on you!

Even though Christopher was the only one in the store, the speed at which he handled all the customers was incredible. Christopher was able to set up my new iPhone 16 Plus with no problems. Any questions I had he quickly resolved.

The service there at this location is terrific. Very personable, and they go the extra mile to show that they care and to do a good job. I would recommend this AT&T location and AT&T in general to anyone looking for high-quality cell service.
