My child has been requesting to upgrade her phone, and so it was convenient to notice this store located next to the grocery store I was already heading into. I entered AT&T after I left Trader Joe’s, to simply inquire about upgrade eligibility. Denzel was the individual who came forward to assist me. From the beginning, his demeanor was nasty. He seemed that annoyed to have to be assist me with my question. After asking what devices we currently have, he told me very bluntly there was no reason to upgrade. I explained that I agreed, but if I could upgrade my child’s phone for the same price or less, I was willing to do so in order to fulfill her birthday wish. He proceeded to open my last wireless bill statement via the app on my phone, and then loudly proclaim that my past bill was overdue, and I would need to pay that as well, in order to be eligible for an upgrade. I was taken aback, and showed him where my account is current in the app and that he was mistaken. Rather than apologizing for the error, he seemed defensive- hostile even. Honestly, how unprofessional. What if my account was past due ? What would be the point of airing a customer’s business loudly without any discretion? The experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. And if and when I choose to upgrade a device or service, it won’t be at this location.

The rudest, least helpful most dismissive assistant manager I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. You can’t cancel your service in store, they won’t help you return a phone that you upgraded on line and there is no desire to actually try and solve your problem. Denzel, get out of the service industry. You don’t have what it takes.

Denzel was an amazing person speak with. Bought Internet for a move and was handled efficiently, timely, and enjoyably.
Ended up with gig fiber for $80 a month.

I’d been struggling to understand my bill and went in to ATT frustrated and somewhat ready to switch carriers. Grant Smiith was so helpful and patient and walked me through my account. It was a great experience and I left satisfied and understood my monthly charges. Grant is knowledgeable and a clear leader in your company.

My experience here was wonderful with Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He answered all my questions and I left happy with a new phone. His customer service was terrific snd I highly recommend coming here!!
