NEVER GO HERE! I made an appointment on a Wednesday for Friday morning. I show up for the appointment and they tell me they can get to my car in 5 days. That should be made clear when the appointment is made. Basically it was an appointment to tell me they could get to my car in 5 days. Could’ve communicated that to me in an email or call. So thanks for wasting my PTO and gas. So 1 star for telling me to come back in 5 days with a smile.

I'm unfortunately convinced they have one guy working the entire service department. Respect to him but that is not sustainable. I had an appointment for my car to get looked at for what may just be a starter battery issue and it has now been almost 6 days and I dont even know if they've looked at it yet. They couldn't even do a battery test when I dropped it off or the next day when it was "cold". I've called multiple times and have been told they would call me back 4 separate times...ive never talked to a tech yet. I don't want to waste my time getting an Uber to actually talk to someone for an update on my vehicle.
I'll edit this if service actually gets performed or if anyone tells me anything
Edit: So after a week of never talking to a technician, I ended up just getting an Uber to here to ask someone in person what is going on. Turns out.... THEY NEVER ASSIGNED MY VEHICLE TO ANY MECHANIC. Yeah, the one I had an appointment for and who when someone actually answered said would call me back when the tech assigned to my vehicle gets back. So, they lied to me. The issue was of course just the 12v battery was dead. A 20 minute job. They offered me no discounts after the inconvenience of a WEEK without a vehicle while it sat untouched in their service dept. Also they didn't even have the battery in STOCK so couldn't fix it till tomorrow. Yes, a FORD dealership didn't have a spare battery. I left and now I'm paying more to do it my self but I don't care. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY

I have never had a bad experience with auto nation. Every car I have purchased came from them. They are easy to wk with and when I need maintenance on my vehicle. They get the job done. No problems

2023 F-150 purchased here and serviced here. Just had the 20,000 mile service. Everyone here is always eager to help. I’ve had several trucks serviced here over the years and will continue to do so.

Very slow to get my vehicle looked at and slow to communicate with me. They had my vehicle for 5 days before it was even looked at and same with calling me and letting me know what's was going on.

Dean was my service advisor and he was fantastic. He kept me updated and told me when everything was completed. He even remembered you I was when I came back. It’s nice to work with a friendly person and they are good at what they do. I will ask for Dean when I have to go back.

Came in to address a recall and get an oil change. The recall was a brake hose replacement. The mechanic FAILED to tighten the hose. ALL my brake fluid leaked out.warning lights came on in the vehicle. Called to have this addressed. Someone by the name of "Gary" was scheduled to call me back. NEVER did. I had to get brake fluid just to get the car back to the dealership. Mechanic broke several of my lug nuggets (which I was charged for). After all was sad and done, No apology for the inconvenience. Not to mention the potential damage that could of happened if my brakes failed. The mechanic was neglect, They minimized the issue and til this day "GARY" NEVER CALLED. Thank God I'm still alive and didn't crash into someone due to brake failure.
