This was the worse experience EVER and I have been dealing with Auto Zone Commercial for years!!!!!!! I stood patiently waiting for Byron to acknowledge me but he continued to answer the phone and take orders as if I didn’t exist and I’m not sure if that’s his name because when I asked for his name he removed his name tag and refused to give me his name. If you knew you weren’t in the wrong why would you hide your name? The issue isn’t about him tending to my customer needs. The issue is he never acknowledged me and had no intentions acknowledging me until I spoke up. once I spoke up, he went into defense mode and became very rude considering I am a paying customer and made it clear that he did not care that I had a problem with his services. He then called up to the front and Cole answered the phone and why they had a conversation about me Cole began to be rude with me when I asked when Leo would be back on shift because Leo has ALWAYS showed GREAT customer service. Cole H. was just as rude as the young guy in the back. Thank God Ms. Abigail was there because she handled the situation very gently and with great customer service. Thank you Ms. Abigail for treating Me with kindness and respect After being treated so rudely.

Whatever you do, please do not let CALEB S. touch your car. My battery died so my mom bought me one from this location. The man who rang us up was asked if he wanted to install my battery along with another woman's. Caleb said he would do it but the irritation was visible. He installed my battery second and his deep sighs and complete silence told me he didn't want to install it. He did have some trouble getting it to fit, but that's no excuse to leave it completely LOOSE. He never tightened the bolts on top
of the battery. I watched him push the posts down without tightening either bolt. As a result, as I was driving, my car completely cut off. I am beyond grateful that I was in a parking lot when this happened and not a busy Atlanta highway or it could've been much worse. I discussed this issue with the district manager and plan to discuss with whoever else that can ensure Caleb face repercussions for his actions. Caleb failed to have any accountability as all he had to say when I told him about the incident was, "I did secure, but okay." Again, do not let this man touch your car. Before he began working on my car, I took note of his unhappy demeanor and told my mom I didn't want him touching my car with that attitude and I should've listened to myself.

Drove all the way down there for a rack and pinion because their website said they had it in stock. They could not find it. Now I've worked in warehousing before and as long as you were properly utilizing the RF scanning system you should never lose anything. However, their management did not seem to think this was a problem and spoke to me like I was the one who was insane. Their attitude was "oh well it's just missing" tough crap. I was not offered an apology for the inaccurate information given or the time and gas that I wasted. Instead I was blamed for not calling and having them go physically look. So basically in the eyes of the management of AutoZone's hub store their lack of ability to accurately track their inventory is in some way my fault. This is a clear indication of poor company culture when the management team has no sense of accountability or customer service. So just so you all know do not depend on AutoZone's inventory being accurate and do not expect accountability from the employees at this store. It also says a lot about the accountability of the district manager because that is the person who is allowing this to continue. The sad thing is this also negatively affects the functions of all the other stores that that hub store serves. Because now those stores cannot count on getting parts in a timely manner for their customers. So until the management is changed for this district or region I guess all of us AutoZone customers are just SOL and JWL when it comes to getting parts accurately and in a timely manner because obviously the district manager has no sense of accountability.

Place *ucken sucks the worst. Went for a part spoke with African American lady long dreads and tattoos on her arms. First I had to tell her 4 times my vehicle information, she finds the part in her system only for her to take a damn call and go on a full 10 minute conversation over the phone about a job application. Then she hangs up only to start talking to her coworker then she realizes that I was still there waiting for my part, standing in front of her the whole damn time. She’s like “oh I forgot I’ve been this all day” I just shake my head. She goes to look for my part more than 15 minutes later she comes back and says it’s not where she was looking that maybe it was at the front racks where the counters are. She pretends to look for maybe 30 seconds and says we don’t have it. Worst thing place ever I would advice not going:
