It is rare that I am impressed with customer service but I definitely have to give a shot out to Melissa. My visit there was such a pleasant experience. And Melissa was definitely taking charge!!! I love to see that type of energy!!!

Had battery issues and Jakobe was quick to provide assistance with his diagnostic knowledge and his retail options available to us... he then replaced the battery and ensured that the alternator was operating properly.... I'm very happy to have had Jakobe to attend to us...

Came in on a rainy day to get my window wipers replaced. They were super helpful and educated me which one’s best for my car. They even installed them for me as I was unsure how. I’ll be coming back for all my car accessories needs 💖

I am writing this review mainly to highlight one of the employees named Josh. Last week, I came in to get my battery charged and I was greeted and helped by Josh. I have a BMW X1 and let's just say the battery is not the easiest to just pop out, but he was super patient, checked on me consistently, & communicated effectively with me throughout the few issues I encountered. He presented me with solutions instead of giving up on me while still assisting other guests. I spent three hours at the store, but in the end was able to get my problem resolved and that wouldn't have been possible without him. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOSH!!! I will return to this location as long as he is there.

I came in to make a purchase, and the store manager Melissa was incredibly helpful. I had a few issues, and she was incredibly patient and got them taken care of. My experience today was excellent, and I just wanted to shout out the outstanding leader you have on your team.

5 stars for the employee by the name of Lonnie she did a simple battery return for me. Was attentive and polite. had a little mishap due to my miscommunication as far as whether the battery was a core return or just a recycle. She politely asked one of her managers who I want to say goes by the name John for clarity how to do the return. When he was instructing her he was very condescending saying things like “ what did you do now” in an annoyed tone. I use to work for autozone and none of my managers ever tried to check me in front of a customer when I ask a question for clarity so I can avoid a possible mistake. He needs to work on his attitude it’s very uncalled for. Only reason I give five stars is for Lonnie’s customer service and professionalism. Outside of that if it was that guy who I believe name is John the grey shirt only working it would be a 1 star

Melissa( hopefully i spelled that right ) was amazing helped us out with finding the right battery for our car and very friendly ! She made us feel really comfortable with finding which battery was the best for us i would definitely come back with this type of customer service she gave to us all star 5 stars all the way !
