I bought a pair of Sylvania bulbs from this location couple of months back and it was not giving me enough light at night, specifically on the freeway. I ordered another pair of bulbs from amazon and went earlier today to ask them to help me to install it as the grip connected to the bulbs were kinda firm and not coming out. I informed them those bulbs are in the car are bought from them, just help me to take those out, I install myself. Two persons were in the store and no customers, they could do that favor to me. Not coming back again.

I wasn’t going to leave a review and let this all slide. I purchased a mechanical fuel pump online for my truck. After I installed it I noticed there wasn’t enough fuel pressure and looked and the pump was leaking out the seal a little. No big deal it’s not horrible to replace and the one I had comes with a 1 year warranty. I remove it and take it to the store to warranty it out. I get there and I’m told they can’t warranty it because they don’t have one in stock and will only warranty parts if they have them on hand. They said there was no way to order it in and then do the warranty when it arrived. I was told there was nothing that can be done and I would have to call customer service.
I called customer service and they told me there was still a warranty and I need to go to the store. I told them that is what I did and even had the paperwork for it but was turned away. The customer service couldn’t do anything for me either. They told me there were 2 other locations close by me that had the pump but they were wrong. The only 2 locations that had a pump were an hour away from me.
I drive an hour to another location the next day and even there something in the system would not let them warranty a pump that says it has a 1 year warranty. The manager there at least did the right thing and said he will do it this one time as a courtesy. It shouldn’t have been a courtesy since this part has a 1 year warranty but at the end of the day i received the Replacment.
Today I finally install the 2nd new pump and this one leaks worst than the last one did. It is just pouring out fuel from the seal. The true Grade fuel pumps are garbage. I had 2 brand new leaky pumps and had to fight to get them replaced. You shouldn’t have to go to battle to get something warrantied when the company offers it on the product.
After all this I just bought a new OEM pump for it since the last one survived 40 years and 2 new one from AutoZone didn’t make it a day. There is no way I am going to buy a replacement again from them just to have it fail and be stuck with another horrible pump because they do not honor their warranties. I was going to let it slide and not say anything and just take my business elsewhere because of the horrible experience but after the sub par product and issues I had getting warranties dealt with I though people should know about this before they decide to go to an AutoZone. I can look past the products because unfortunately now days that is common and not the stores fault even though they buy from the manufacturer but I can’t look past the service to honor what they say. If the second pump didn’t fail I would have let it go and just shopped somewhere else and not let anyone know about the issue but after wasting so much time and money dealing with this to get another pump that failed people need to know.
If people think I am just over exaggerating this I have attached pictures and videos of the 2nd brand new pump I installed. Hope people read this and are for warned what they are getting into.

We won’t going to back to this location. Chris Sanchez told my son that he needed a specialist to replace his battery. (This is not true) They didn’t test or replaced it as they advertised. We had to go back a second time to take the old battery back for the core charge because they won’t do what they advertised. And they were rude about it!

Always been loyal to Auto Zone but no longer. NEVER going back. Lugged my two small children there only for them to give me the wrong brake pads. Then when I came back they gave me the wrong rotors. After getting the wrong rotors, instead of doing a swap they charged me more money and refused to make it right. Choose a different store.

The gentleman, that came out to help me figure out what exactly was wrong with my truck; was dead on it. He told me what was wrong with my truck and gave me a suggestion on where to go and get it fixed; since I had yet to find a mechanic to take it to. And he told me that being that my truck may shut off on me; it would be best to go straight home until I was ready to get it fixed.

Placed an order for a battery same day delivery. Waited all afternoon for an update and finally called the store. Ended up on the phone for 15 minutes speaking with 3 different people only to be told the store doesn’t offer delivery. Just be aware as you are ordering as the website will allow you to pay for the product and delivery charge but you won’t get your order unless you go pick it up.

I needed to new battery for my Key Fob. I went to Autozone and they could sell the battery but was told they do not offer the service of changing it. I explained I could not separate the fob and was told to go on You Tube and watch a vide3o.. I walked out.
