Will be leaving Bank of America because of this branch. A bank/associate error resulted in closing a credit card I really needed and the bank did nothing to help me. I’ve been a client for 7 years and was basically laughed at and belittled.

I don’t understand why your bank does not have drive through teller open at least once per week. I am an elderly lady that does not feel comfortable using the ATM. It is very difficult for me to go inside. I feel certain that you have other older customers that feel the same way. I go past three different banks with drive through tellers in order to get to your bank so I am seriously considering switching to another bank. Thanks

Why is talking to a computer chatbot better for the customer when that decision was made to maximize revenue. Am I a BofA fool? Attention: there ARE other banks!! I think they compete for business and some banks compete for maximum profit. Try the middle road before you lose too many customers!

I have been a customer with Bank America for years. I am now considering moving my accounts to another bank since it is very difficult for me to go into the lobby. I am an older lady and do not feel comfortable using the ATM. I feel that it would be beneficial for this branch to have at least one lane for drive through one or two days a week. Thanks for your consideration to this request.

Had an appointment at noon to get something notarized. I got there a little early and the lady said the notary went to lunch since the appointment wasn't until noon. She finally comes back around 12:30 and doesn't get me until almost 12:30. The excuse was that I didn't choose "notary" in the initial request so she wasn't prepared even though I stated notary in the comments. An appointment is an appointment. Them the notary said I wasn't the one that needed a notary, it was the out of state co owner. So I left and called customer service who said both parties needed notarized. It even says it on the paperwork. Been trying to add an out of state person to my account for two months. This is the worst bank ever! Going to Wells Fargo to get my BoA paperwork notarized since this BoA branch seems to be on a different planet.

Unlike most BOA centers, this one did open another teller position when the line was long. It's nice that you want to say hello to us, but it's even nicer that you value our time and want to get us out of the door quickly!

Just stopped by, the drive thru was unforunatly closed and those armored trucks are at the ATM right now so I had to stop in and the tellers were quite friendly and quick.

Overall I am happy with this bank and the tellers, they are great. However, I don't like that the drive-thru has the light on its during drive-thru open hours but no one is there and even sometimes when you ring the bell no one comes!! Management get it together! I often drive away and rush to another Bank of America after waiting 10 to 15 minutes.
