Clean, friendly. Just wish they had more sales on all books bc their prices are insane.

I would not recommend ordering from barns and noble I ordered from their website and still haven’t received my book from them and I always have problems using my card to pay with their website but any other company besides barns and noble works fine my order has been delayed non stop since I ordered it so poor delivery and definitely not worth the problems I have had I’ll be taking my business elsewhere I have ordered from other stores and if I did a delivery delay at most it was a day so not going to recommend the website but they want to get their payment problem solved so nobody else has that issue

Great bookstore. Decent but very mainstream selection. Always clean and tidy.

SUMMARY: Another reviewer commented, "The death of retail book stores is very apparent in this store." I sadly have to agree. If I'm going to pay the mark up, I expect an excellent experience. Otherwise, I'll support my local library, mom & pop shop, or hit up Amazon. What you would expect from a small B&N. Decent selection of books, organized well. Cute kids area. However, I was particularly troubled when I turned in a severely damaged kids book to a staff member thinking they'd mark it as such, only to be told, "Eh, just put it back" for some unsuspecting child or parent. The rest of the customer service seemed to be divided between pleasantly helpful and apathetic to my presence. No cafe or seating area is also a bummer for those of us who like to stay a while. There may also be some air circulation issues because I kept getting whiffs of unpleasant odors. Weird.Overall, ok place if you know what you want and need to pop in for something classic or popular. But if you're looking for a place to browse, explore, and spend some time enjoying the stacks, stick to your local library or the cool secondhand store.

I give away my 40 year old Bible and bought a larger print King James bible. They got more books than you could shake a stick at!!!! Nice!!!!!

Visited this week with my wife. Virtually empty. Bought diary for 2024. Found the only Barnes and Noble diary that does not include half of 2023. Cost was $25.00.

Decent selection of books and other items. Employees are nice enough. One thing against them are the bathrooms. Could look better.
