Had an amazing experience and will be back. Sabrina and Leland gave superb customer service skills. My car is an older model, 2009 Toyota Scion, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was able get additional keys. I highly recommend this location

Had trouble with my phone charging and needed the port cleaned. Got quoted $30 for a cleaning elsewhere, and Batteries Plus did it for free! Great service!

I had an amazing experience! Leland (I hope I spelled his name right) was the absolute best! It’s never a good time when you have to get work done to your car especially, when getting serviced as a woman, but Leland was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything a breeze when it came to purchasing and installing a new car battery. Will definitely come back and I definitely recommend.

I was sent away and told to come back M-F when the manager is there because he “couldn’t find the sheet to scan” for a rebuild. If I could make it there before 6 on a weekday, I would’ve. Terrible customer service. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. What a joke. I guess I’ll get my Snap-On battery rebuilt online. This is why brick and mortar is dying.

Casey @ East Cobb/Marietta provided ultimate customer service testing my Samsung S9 for charging port problems . . . twice. Both times resulted in no found problems but we left the door open for battery/port replacement if needed. Excellent personal/professional customer service. Will return for future battery/phone related issues due to his excellent customer relations.

Bought online and waited for the store to say the batteries were ready for pickup. After a while I called since hadn’t heard. Told me they didn’t have batteries and it was going to be ‘weeks’ before they would get them. Waisted hours for them to figure this out. Inventory control is non existent. Customer service non existent, I have purchased from batteries Plus on numerous occasions and the ‘I don’t care attitude’ at this location was beyond belief. Instead of addressing the problem they simply cancelled my order.

I've been disappointed every time I visited any of these stores, Two separate times they failed to program a key fob. Different opinions from different employees, complete waste of a Sunday afternoon traveling to 3 different stores with Hardly any real help. They cannot program key fobs for my GMC or my Lexus after they did they could!
