We just had our wood floors replaced by BCAL and they did a great job. So happy with how they turned out. Bill was very easy to work with and went out of his way to find additional samples when I didn't find the color and style I was looking for.

Working with Bill and his team was easy from the first consultation at our home to meeting in his office to finalize sample selections. The whole process moved quickly and he kept us in the loop the whole time. Very pleased with the services!

Our LVP floors were installed three years ago - the installation was shoddy and unprofessional. No attention to detail in the corners. We were told the baseboards would be stained to match off site - off site meant my front yard, and they definitely did not match. We were also told his crew had worked for him for years, but based on the quality of the work, we don't think so. Two years in, our indestructible LVPs started to warp and crack. Turns out there should have been an underlayer. Bill was very helpful in getting us a refund on the flooring from the manufacturer (but not the labor), but we decided not to have him replace the flooring based on the quality of the previous work.

BCAL did an excellent job on my basement floors and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. They were accommodating when I requested a small change after the project was completed, which I greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely use them for future flooring projects and highly recommend their services.

We recently moved to Alpharetta into an older home. Working with Bill at BCAL Flooring, we decided to do two phases of work, including removing carpeting on the first floor in the living room and guest bedroom and replacing it with hardwood floors. The second phase was to remove carpeting on the staircase and upper catwalk and replaced it with hardwood floors as well, and adding a runner to the stairs. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the beauty of the work. BCAL Flooring did a great job matching the color of the existing wood floors on the first floor. We highly recommend BCAL Flooring and will likely use them again , when we finish out the basement.

BCAL Flooring installed, sanded and stained hardwood throughout our upstairs. They were professional through the entire process.
They moved all large bedroom furniture and ripped out and hauled away old carpet. Bill communicated next-steps almost daily and Edmar and his crew stayed on schedule for the entirety of the project. I cannot be more pleased with the end result. They truly exceeded my expectations and they are great with service-after-sale.

We just had our downstairs hardwoods restained, new carpeting on the stairs, and our entire upstairs carpet replaced with LVP by BCAL Flooring. This was an oustanding experience for us--Bill Colombo is amazing to work with. His communication, knoweldge and efficiency are excellent. He helped us pick the perfect colors, and his team did the job quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Our house is totally transformed, and we highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to do a flooring job!
