Do not book with them. They canceled on us at 7 pm the day before they were supposed to move us. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable , and disappointing.

Let me tell you something about these men! They hustled and came to work! This was the best moving experience of my life. I had no faith at all we would get everything in to our two moving pods and I was mentally planning for what to sacrifice. Our captain laughed and said watch this.…this man plays adult Tetris with our stuff and it was stunning. Towards the end of the allotted time we had the garage left and I offered call it quits since I under booked. Again these men stepped up and said no ma’am we are going to finish. Loved everything about them!

Atlanta Bellhop Move - great value for the money. I moved locally within 50 miles. Team was quick and got the job done quickly.

Bellhop left me high and dry for my move 3 times in a row. Each time was extremely manageable yet their company made the choice to not only under prioritize my move (I was paid in advance) but to insultingly waste an entire day of my time before informing me.

Evan and Brandon in ATL are a power team!! They were punctual, communicated well, and were extremely efficient. They even disassembled and reassembled my storage bed for me. I'm very thankful for these two!

This is why I love bellhops moving. The team showed up on time, they were very professional, and completed my move quickly and efficiently. Deunte, William, and Rickey were great. I’ll be calling you in a few months for my next move.

I really could not have asked for a better moving crew. To start, the team was so efficient with a previous job that they finished early, and politely asked if I would like start my move early, which I was extremely thankful for. They showed up to the new start time promptly and immediately got to work. Jordan was beyond professional and courteous! He immediately took charge as the team lead. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman driving the truck was also super helpful with moving stuff. Cedric and Myron were unbelievably fast with getting all of our stuff out of the house. They even broke down our bed frame AND reassembled it at the new home unprompted. I was beyond thrilled with how helpful this team was. Every single one of them. I can’t express enough how happy I was with the service they provided. Everything was loaded and unloaded with care. Thank you to Jordan and his team again, we are so grateful for the amazing job they did. Moving is so stressful but we were in good hands with all of them.

This company canceled on us just hours before our move. We have to be out of our home and are left scrambling trying to find help. They are very unprofessional. We planned and paid our deposit weeks before thinking we would be set only to have it canceled day of. I would not recommend this company. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive never delt with anything like this with a moving company. If you do book, make sure you have a back up plan.

Cons: Unresponsive once they have your money, the night before move we found out we had to rent a U-Haul because they didn't actually have a truck, still haven't been reimbursed for the truck or truck fee and no one on their support side will respond, an hour before the move the lead told me he may not have any help (he was able to find someone.) Pros: the movers on site were efficient and friendly. They saved the overall experience.

The absolute worst experience ever. Bellhop cancelled the day of my move. They were supposed to arrive at 8a. I received a call at 8:30a saying their truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to reschedule until 7 days later. Never mind the MANY arrangements made to have the move on the day scheduled (i.e. babysitter, dog sitter, time off work, etc.). They told me I could call around and try to find a truck...like seriously- how about YOU call and find a truck as the moving company. We're still in shock this happened. And we're even more shocked the only thing Bellhop offered was an apology. If I cancelled the move with a less than 24-hour notice (let alone 30 minutes after the supposed arrival time) I would've been charged. Totally and completely unacceptable.

The worst experience we have ever encountered with any business ever!We had movers confirmed with Bellhop. As of last Wednesday, we received an email with the names of our "team." Today, at 1:00 on a Sunday, 24 hrs before our movers were scheduled to come, we received an email saying they had to cancel our reservation and would we be able to change it to Thursday! Of course we can't...we have a POD scheduled to be dropped off tomorrow and 3 of us took the day off from work to help with the move. At 1:00 on a Sunday, the day before our move, how were we supposed to find someone else. Flash forward to spending the rest of the afternoon and evening trying to find movers. After several hours of persistence we found someone. Tonight at 8pm, I received a text from the "Team Lead", who was the same name they had given me earlier in the week, touching base about our move tomorrow!!! I informed him that they had cancelled it. I emailed customer service explaining the text I got. They told me that they found substitutes! No they did not! This was the same name I was given on Wed. And....if it was a substitute, when were they going to tell me?! In response to Customer Service's response: We booked 6 days ahead of move and got a confirmation prior to move. And the Lead Team Member (whose name was given to us 5 days prior) contacted us to confirm move for the next day, after Bellhop called us to cancel.
