I had a great experience with Martina! She was so knowledgeable and friendly, which made my experience so much more comfortable and effective. The entire staff there was so nice & welcoming at every visit. The printouts & access to the app also helps me keep track of my exercises that I can continue even outside my appointments. I would definitely recommend benchmark @ Johnson Ferry!!

My experience with Martina Cifiello was great. She's a warm, genuine and caring therapist. She takes the time to fully understand your problem and then develops a plan to resolve it.This BenchMark location in E. Cobb is often very busy, but the atmosphere is always casual and friendly (and often entertaining). At times Martina seems to be in high demand, working with 3 or even 4 patients with overlapping schedules. But even when that happens, you don't feel rushed or short-changed in any way. She's always there to provide direction and assistance when you need it.I highly recommend this BenchMark location and Martina in particular.

Therapists themselves are wonderful. The front desk staff at this location on the other hand are abysmal and have no idea how to do their jobs. Constantly rude, often ignore me when I go in. They forgot to have me pay for my session and then sent a bill in the mail and called it overdue. And finally today they informed me that they canceled my entire case with no warning or explanation because I had to reschedule an appointment last month, now requiring me to find a new doctor to get a new referral in order to reopen the case. The Alpharetta location always took good care of me but I followed my therapist to this location. And now I’m not going to be able to see him anymore due to these incompetent admin staff.

This is my second experience with BenchMark and I am pleased with the results. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. Martina was excellent. She was thorough, attentive and accommodating to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her and this BenchMark location to anyone.

Martina Cifiello really changed my life. I was having difficulty with pelvic pain, and she taught me how to heal it, alongside the work we did at therapy. She is warm, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. I had a fantastic experience and more than recommend Martina and this facility.

I met with Martina Cifiello throughout the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy for pelvic floor therapy. She was always very attentive to my concerns and my progress, and was also very approachable. The exercise regimen she provided for me was helpful and realistic. We were able to find stretches that usually helped reduce my pain. I learned so much from her. I'm so glad I reached out to her. I will be back for postpartum recovery as well. Thank you, Martina!

I met with Martina, the pelvic floor therapist, for 8 sessions, at the Johnson Ferry Rd. location. The whole staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Martina was understanding of my situation and answered all my questions. She was knowledgable and helped me reach my goal. I am grateful to have gotten care from this great team! Thank you everyone!

I gave the therapist a 5 star review, but that was before I started getting (what I consider to be harassing) calls from Angel. I told them not to 1). Call; 2) text; 3) email to remind me. They will NOT respect that request and right after I begged Angel to not harass me he CALLED BACK AGAIN!He was unaware of my 3 month involvement with them and requested records they already have.

Martina (pelvic floor PT) is really great!! I highly recommend her. She listens to her patients, is very knowledgeable, and she’s funny and easy going. She helped me tremendously after 2 pelvic floor surgeries caused me difficulties. She’s a great patient advocate. Gina (OT) is also at this facility and she is equally amazing! Whenever I leave my appointment I feel SO much better and my progress is coming along very well. She is incredibly knowledgeable and great at what she does. I know I’m in good hands with her and that she will resolve my issues. Everyone at this facility is friendly and professional!

Great service and physical therapy from Tony at Benchmark East Cobb. I had total hip replacement at a relatively young age and told Tony I wanted to be very active and needed to get hip and leg stronger than ever. Tony got me back and better than ever, listened great to what was working and not, and was dialed in with same goals as I had. Thank you!!!

I had two knee replacement surgeries this past year. In both cases I did my post-op rehab at east Cobb Benchmark. Everyone there provided excellent PT services. Highly recommend.

Martina is an amazing pelvic floor physical therapist. In just four weeks, I have no more pain, can walk easily, and have tightened my stomach separation by two inches. She is amazing!

Martina was excellent in helping with scar massage and Pelvic PT after my c-section. She was considerate of all of my individual needs, especially since I had complications after delivery. I would highly recommend!

I was experiencing sciatic pain in my left leg and hip. Tony assessed my issue quickly and determined I needed to built strength in that area. After 6 weeks my pain has subsided and I am continuing to do recommended exercises. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Tony. Excellent PT.
