Excellent customer service! Antonio is a life saver, my phone wasn't working , I explained what the issue was ( no calls, no service), and he got it to work, needed a sim replacement . Nice selection of accessories.

I called to ask a few questions about prices and I was afraid that they will tell me that they couldn't give it over the phone because I called 2 other stores and they told me to go online, whoever picked up the phone was very nice and wasted no time, giving me the prices of my 2 Options port in and new line, it literally took me 2 minutes , too bad they didn't have iPhones because I would have purchased from them. Nice customer service.

I was surprised about this store, great selection of cases for my phone ( and cheap, other stores were asking 30 to 40 dlls per case), and they have computer services too! This is the first store that told me straight forward what I need it to know, I went there to transfer my service from one phone to another phone since the store close to me was close already at 3 pm, and when I was about to pay, mister Antonio told me that there was no charge since he only had to swap the sim card from my old phone to the new one, that was honest of him, other store close to my house told me it will cost me $35, he also told me that he can help me to set up my Google account but that I had to transfer / install my apps myself because of security reasons of sharing log in and passwords for my apps, he was very honest and that has no price, from now on I will be going to that store even though that there is one closer to me.

There phones are trash, the customer service is trash. Just go to Metro PCs. They are better in every way. They sold me a phone that was broken by the phone case they talked me into. It broke the power button. They refuse to fix my phone. So I went back to Metro who I should never have left. I cancelled my service with boost, they turn off my phone and had the audacity not to want to return my phone. No matter how desperate you are, stay away from boost mobile. Pure unadulterated lujke warm garbage!

Mr. Antonio was a very nice person. He help me get my computer get repaired really fast. I highly recommend going to this guy. He is one of the best repair men i have ever met. 10/10 must try again :)
