I went to the store to seek help setting up my new mobile phone as I did not want to make any mistakes. I met Joe a d he was very outgoing and knowledgeable. Joe exchanged the SIM from the old to the new and offered to help transfer data to the new phone. As the battery was dying in the old phone, Joe explained the phone needs to be at least 20% charged so he plugged in my phone and we chatted while the battery recharged. Then Joe started the transfer process for my data and explained how to ensure it got done correctly, which it did. Joe was terrific and I really appreciated his help.

Just wanted to Thank Jenny again at Boost Mobile. Her great personality, professionalism and excellent personable skills are so appreciated. I was in panic mode when my phone wasn't working due to a malfunction with my sims card. But, Jenny knew exactly what to do. Her knowledge of the product is unmatched. I needed a new phone. Bad!!
And I love ❤️ my new Samsung A15 5g. Boost Mobile! You need to give Jenny a raise! Happy costumer! 😀

Hands down the best phone store I've been to when it comes to help. I had and horrible experience with Metro PCS over trying to upgrade after being a customer for 2 years. Told the guy about it and what I was looking for. I had to come back the next day because he went to his other store over night and got me a very nice phone for a fair price. The first time I've been to a phone store and felt important. I would try this place if your looking for help switching or getting a new phone.

I had a difficult time starting new service with Boost Mobile. While BM said my phone was eligible to receive Boost Mobile service, the service would not work. We spent several hours trying to get it resolved. Jenny is the manager and she is a sweet lady who is knowledgeable but does not have the authority to fix problems. I had to get in touch with a higher up who was able to rectify the situation. The manager was kind but was not very happy that I had to go above her head to find a solution. There was no “Thank you,” no “Come back and see us,” no “Sorry the situation was not handled more efficiently.”
