Mick was great! I arrived to his shop by accident and it was a heaven scent. I couldn’t crank my car, and Mick replaced the battery connection before moving it to determine repair. The car was very unsafe, and he insisted on it being fixed today. Had a shop full of cars, and he still made time to get me all taken care of. His heart is golden ?!! I highly recommend him, and will forever be grateful Mick and Trevor and what all they did to ensure I was safe and before leaving. Mick, your top notch!! They don’t make them like you anymore. I couldn't recommend Bowes Automotive highly enough. It was near closing time when we arrived with our VW overheating due to damage to the coolant reservoir causing fluid to leak out and Mick went ABOVE & BEYOND quickly identifying the issue and fixed it saving us a ton of money! Our visit here was a blessing, and we couldn't be more grateful. Much thanks to Mick and his mechanic for the professionalism and time taken, this was really above a 5-star experience!

Excellent service every time. Bowes provides 4 critical services important in any business, but especially automotive; Trustworthy, Highly skilled, Reasonable prices and Customer Focused. We have all our cars serviced by Bowes and have NEVER has a complaint about ANY THING!! I have a 2013 Infinity JX35. There was an engine light on and I took it to several locations, but no one could identify the exact problem. Mick was able to look through the codes and decide that the dealer needed to "flash" the computer in order to reset the system so that the correct code could be read. At the dealer they told me that it would be $2200.00 for the repairs needed! Mick, who is a genius master mechanic, was able to fix the issue for me at just about half the price! They specialize in Land Rover, Range Rover, Mercedes, BMW and more. If you live near Canton Road and Sandy Plains and you need any type of work done, you need to stop in at Bowes European and Imports Service. Best price and diagnostic service I have ever seen!!

Mick is a great guy. He repaired my CL63 AMG at 1/3 of the price that the dealer would charge. He is from the UK so he knows European cars pretty well.Ps. I waited 1 month before writing this. The car has no issue what so ever.

Fast and accurate problem diagnosis and competent fix on a 24-year old Nissan pickup. Reasonable repair cost. Mr. Bowes took the time to show me what was wrong with a spark plug which caused a cylinder misfire and the check engine light to illuminate. I appreciate his extensive knowledge of problem symptoms in engines (even old ones), and his rapid repair skills.Service: Check engine light diagnostic
