Jeff who works there was so rude and condescending and kept yelling over me when I was trying to explain to him that I had called earlier and they had told me my filter was in the store but since Jeff couldn’t find it, he kept yelling over me and not allowing me to explain. I am so frustrated and disappointed with his rude behavior. I will never go back.

As usual, great service and delivery with 4 new (great) tires that Justin helped me choose. He knew just what I needed on my truck; he jazzed it up a bit. Top shelf crew, use ‘em, you’ll be so happy.

The mobile tire service helped me when I had a flat a couple weeks ago and were great! Then I needed three other tires to match the new one and made an appointment. Came in the next day, and was told that my tires had not arrived yet. However, Jeff at the counter was great and helped get me in wirh tires that were as close as possible (it was the only day I could bring my car in due to work schedule). Then it was recommended that I needed new brakes and rotors and they were able to add that in an hour before closing.
They were all great and my car is running beautifully and I highly recommend both the mobile tire service and the BP car care center.
