I cannot recommend Brides by Nona enough! For my daughter’s baptism, I wanted a custom gown that would be truly special, and the owner Nneka and her team delivered beyond my expectations. The gown was a masterpiece—fully encrusted with jewels, beads, and hand-sewn diamonds. It sparkled with every movement and made me feel absolutely radiant.
What’s even more remarkable is that this stunning gown was completed in record time. I only had one fitting, and it fit perfectly; all it needed was a minor hem adjustment. Nneka is an ingenious artist with a meticulous eye for detail. Her talent is unmatched, and her dedication to her craft is evident in every stitch.
Beyond her artistry, Nneka is an absolute delight to work with. She is prompt in her replies, incredibly professional, and truly cares about her clients. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I felt so valued and supported throughout the experience.

A Masterpiece in Record Time!
What can I say?! If a custom couture gown is your dream…find a way and make it happen! First off… my deepest gratitude goes to Nneka! Less than two months out, my original gown encountered unexpected issues. I had one month until my wedding day, when Nneka's dedication and craftsmanship began to save the day. My gown was absolutely stunning …so stunning that I want to wear it again! From the sketch’s, to my virtual measurements, and my fitting - everything was spot on. Not to mention my measurements were only taken once! I traveled to ATL (from VA) for my perfect fitting where Nneka and her team treated me like a queen. It was truly such a pleasure to work with she and her team, as they definitely followed through.
Her willingness to accommodate my situation was incredibly touching for me. Iykyk. The attention to detail and the way she brought my vision to life were beyond words. Nneka and team, I can't thank you enough for making my special day perfect. I highly recommend Brides By Nona for anyone seeking a remarkable wedding gown experience!
I must add that I had my eye on Brides by Nona for the past two years, but I never thought I’d actually be able to afford a custom gown given my time frame. My experience with Brides By Nona was phenomenal. My daughter's prom dress was more than what I imagined. The details on her dress was everything. My baby looked absolutely beautiful on her prom day. I was so nervous having someone long distance design the her dress. Nona and her team made this one in a lifetime prom experience stress free.

I was nervous about booking someone to make a custom gown over IG but I couldn’t help it while scrolling through her instagram.Her work speaks for itself! The experience was phenomenal. I felt like all of my concerns, and my vision, for my dress were taken into account. She was very patient and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The dress I had made for my 60th birthday celebration made me feel very special! I would recommend brides by Nona to everyone!

Where do I begin.. Nneka and her amazing team are truly a blessing. From the beginning until the end they were phenomenal. As a 2023 Bride from California I’m so glad I’ve chosen Brides By Nona to create my dream wedding dress!!! I shared my ideas and vision with the team and they executed it. When I went to Atlanta for my fitting Nneka was very welcoming, so kind, loving and made me feel very comfortable. She even practiced how I should walk in my wedding dress and where I should position my bouquet when I made my first entrance. Please name one designer you know who does that with their clients? No one except our very own Nneka C. Alexander!!!Also, I can’t forget about my special angel Lexiee that was sent from God. She flew from Atlanta to California with my dress and attended to me the entire time. She dressed me on my wedding day and made the day so smooth and beautiful! I would highly recommend that all brides add this service to their package because it’s truly worth every single penny.Nneka, Lexiee, and the entire BBN team thank you so much for everything. I truly had the wedding of my dreams all thanks to you all. May God richly bless each and every one of you. Thank you a million times!! ??❤️

My sister works at a Military Base in Hawai'i and so dress-shopping for her wedding was almost impossible. Thankfully, she and I wear almost the same dress size and so I went dress-shopping for her. She relied on me for everything regarding her dress so you can imagine the intense pressure on me! I Googled Bridal Salons in Georgia and chose a few to go visit. I was not really impressed by a ton of them -- they all had the SAME dresses from the SAME designers. But, the moment I stepped into Brides by Nona, I was honestly excited -- very much like it was my wedding. The showroom is absolutely gorgeous and top tier! Their gowns are exquisite and definitely unique! I knew my sister would love their selection so I did a video recording of their gowns and sent to my sister. She literally cried like a baby (and so did I). She chose a gown from their made-to-measure options and just had a few minor customizations. Her dress was ready on time and my sister flew in from Hawai'i a month to the wedding for her fitting. Everything was seamless and perfect! She needed very minor alterations since they measured me not her. After just one round of alterations her dress was a perfect fit!!!!! I CANNOT thank Nneka and the staff for an AMAZING experience from start to finish. I highly highly recommend them. At least just go visit their showroom -- that alone is an experience to be had!

Nneka was beyond amazing and professional throughout the entire process of getting my dress made. We were originally slotted to wed in 2020, but the pandemic changed our plans a bit.
