I wish I can give this place -10 on customer service and fraud I would . Let me first start by saying this location should be closed , employee should be retrained and then maybe they can attempt to do business again . I have never in life been to a place when I see a outraged customer upset while I was renting a vehicle from this place , that should have been RED FLAG #1 that this might not be a place that I should give my money to . Yes as I was processing my rental a lady next to us doing the same, erupted I mean she was pissed he told her that she doesn't know what she was talking about trying to make her feel complete silly and the manager at this place is very disrespectful individual he does not know how to speak to women and needs to be fired . I have been back and forth from one store rep to a manager telling me that have to get the story from the worker when me the customer is giving him all the details . So long story short my friend rented a vehicle they charged me the 419 .00 which the reservation was not under me and refused to refund me . I called the manger and we went back and forth like 5 yr old children I mean it was ridiculous over 63 .00 $ they added on insurance after I told them I have insurance and do not need It . they need to be FIRED for their lack of customer service and inappropriate remarks this place is SAD !! Just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE ALL THE COMMENTS ARE ACCURATE !!!!

Watch out for this place. Didn't have the truck we reserved 30 days in advance. Called us an hour before pickup to notify us the truck we ordered was not available. Offered a much smaller truck and refused to discount the inconvenience of having to make arrangements for belongings that did not fit. To add insult to injury, the young man that was suppose to be helping, had the attitude from hell. I was told I could call corporate and get this matter settled when we got to our destination. We called customer service and without any confrontation, once they heard the complaint they hung up, twice! Not Budget, not again, please share this review with others to help protect consumers from this type of bad business practice! Moving is hard enough, no one should have to deal with this type of bad customer service.

Trash customer service , gave me a really hard time I ended u going to enterprise. Cobb pkwy location across from the Waffle House is awful the lady in there needs to be fired for her snide remarks and not honoring reservations.

HORRIBLE customer service. Went to pick up my rental and they had no vehicles available for me after I made a reservation a week ago. I was renting often from then but never will again. They were no helpful and extremely rude.

I rented an Automatic Ford Mustang 2 months ago for pick up today and drop off on Monday. I got there and they told me they only had the manual and they didn't have any other cars they could offer me at that location. The attendant called the other location and told me they had a Challenger for me. I reluctantly said okay. I got there and the lady behind the desk told me the only car they had for me was a LIME GREEN Charger. Now I'm PISSED... not only did they sent the wrong car to the original pickup location, I'm being forced into a clown car (that's what it looks like). I'm traveling tomorrow so there was no time to rent from another location. I asked the lady attendant if she can call around to see if there's another car available. She stated very nonchalantly that I could go to the airport and she wasn't going to call. They were all very nonchalant and not trying to accommodate me in any way. I will NEVER rent from them again as they cannot keep their commitment of the car I reserved AND their customer service was lackluster to say it best. SMH!!

You guys deserve no stars. Between changing my pick up location twice and then upon getting there I am told you don't allow cars to NY. i made this reservation weeks ago.I will make surr to let my company know your discount is worthless and your customer service is horrific. I will be sharing this experience.

I absolutely loathe this place. A one star rating is an over statement. I was running a little late to pick up my rental and the p**** behind the counter (who was calls himself a manager) was more than rude to me. I wasn't greeted with a hello, welcome, warm smile, or anything pleasant for that matter. The first thing out of his mouth is "you're late". I apologize and proceed to the counter and he again says, "you're late, you're putting me so behind by showing up this late." Now mind you, there were no more customers in the store at this time, so how I was putting him behind I am not sure. His unpleasant attitude and rude behavior was not warranted and therefore I left without even picking up my rental. Called customer service to discuss the incident and I have yet to hear any resolution from them regarding the issue and it has been a month. Customer service is definitely not a value expressed by Budget and they definitely will not be getting a dime of my money, especially this location!!!!

Service is not on top of their list. The assistant manager could care less about anything. Give her your card insurance info and whatever else she asks for and get out of her face.
