The contractor I used insisted in using this place even though he couldn’t even get Vince on the phone to place the order.
Windows came in wrong size. Then my doors came in the wrong size. Project took twice as long to complete. Had to move into my place without the renovations being completed. Go elsewhere

The worst customer service. No matter what the cost trust me use another supplier. This is by far the worse company I have ever used. They installed a window incorrectly so it will not shut and now will not answer any emails or calls about the window, it's been over 7 months. They inspected it and brought a window to another room instead of fixing the window that wasn't installed correctly, which is nonsense. I don't understand how a publicly traded company can possibly work like this.

This is the absolute worst company ever. Do not at all costs ever order from them. The price may be right but the execution is abysmal. I am months behind in a construction project. Nothing has been delivered correctly and if delivered as promised such as windows they show up with the frame and nothing else. They over promise and completely under deliver. Go to Home Depot heck go to Builders Surplus but do not even think about going here. I can not advise enough. Does not even deserve one star. They should be out of business. I hope the state of GA shuts them down.

Called a number for the location in Woodstock. Ordered and paid over the phone. Was sent to White circle location to pickup. Went inside and rep couldn’t find the order. Eventually found it by searching. Said the original sales person had entered it wrong. She then went to the warehouse and told me where wait to pickup sashes. Warehouse person brought out wrong sashes. Luckily I noticed they didn’t have GBG. Showed him on his copy that the sashes needed GBG. Person went back and got the correct sashes. Decent value for the product if you are patient and pay attention to everything.

This has got to be the most frustrating company I've ever tried to work with. I say try because they agreed to turn around an order for me, took my credit card information, and now they won't return my calls! So, I've called them a dozen times, emailed them, and stopped by the building but they haven't done anything. It's been about a month since this started. Recommendation to management: call your customers back.

Do not home or their warranty on windows. An employee came to my house and with a straight face told me that the issue with my windows was a glass failure and not a windows failure and the glass company was out of business! Bought my new windows from A honest reputable company. Take your business elsewhere
