I dont know why fast food has taken a nose dive in this area in recent years but between this BK and the McDonald's across the street, 90% of the time the order will be missing something, take forever(with no one else in the parking lot), and staff appears depressed as hell. No telling how much money I've spent on food I never saw.

You could tell they had pre-made the sandwiches ahead of time and put them in the microwave to warm it up. The sandwich was shrunk down to nothing from the microwave and hot as hell. And I had a digital gift card that they couldn't even figure out how to use. Had to pay with cash.

I went to the drive thru 30 minutes before closing expecting to be met with frustration due to the time but I was pleasantly greeted by the worker inside. I did not get their name, the gentleman that took my order had purple hair and the kindest attitude. He allowed me to sample the new peace tea and even gave me a crown when he brought out my order. It really made my evening and put a smile on my face

The Manager was very unprofessional and rude. Whoever is the GM, this thug should be terminated. He set an horrible example of professionalism in front of 2 younger employees. He yelled at us while we was trying to correct his mistake on our order, then argued with my husband. This thug was wearing glasses with a manager tag that should be removed. To say this thug is left in control in a store, is scary.

The quality of service at this Burger King establishment is profoundly disappointing. There seems to be an urgent need for a complete overhaul in the staff and their attitudes. I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but the experience I encountered at this place was beyond disheartening, leaving a lasting negative impact. The manager's demeanor was egregiously self-centered, displaying an unwarranted level of arrogance akin to a self-proclaimed monarch of the burger realm. Their behavior was shockingly discourteous and seemed to harbor a personal vendetta against me. She seemed to think herself as some kind of Burger Queen?Moreover, I was served scalding hot coffee in an ordinary water cup, which, upon inquiry, was justified as a supposed store policy—a decision that not only defies logic but also resulted in a hazardous situation. The cup eventually burst, causing the scalding liquid to spill over me, my vehicle, and my attire. The disregard for safety and common sense was distressingly evident.My encounter with the cashier further compounded my dissatisfaction. Their apparent disinterest in their role, coupled with a neglectful attitude, was starkly evident. Ignoring customers, engaging in personal grooming, and then handling food with unwashed hands exhibited a lack of basic professionalism and hygiene standards. The disregard for customers' well-being and experience was blatant and unacceptable.Furthermore, the lack of adherence to basic hygiene protocols—such as not using gloves and mishandling food items—is not just alarming but also poses a severe health risk. Witnessing an employee retrieve a sandwich from the trash and proceed to place it in another customer's order is not only unsanitary but also egregiously unprofessional.The concerning conduct and lackluster service experienced during breakfast hours raise questions about the overall integrity and capability of the staff, warranting immediate attention and corrective action. Such practices are not only a disservice to customers but also pose serious health hazards. This Burger King establishment is in dire need of comprehensive and urgent improvements across its entire operational spectrum.0/10 stars, horrible staff.

I'm not a fan of a manager who is gaming the system by having the drive thru staff take two orders, fulfill those two orders, then take two more, so that they can show faster delivery of the food.

My visit to Burger King was disappointing. The cashier, extremely rude, spoke loudly and argued with coworkers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The place was filled with smoke, and tables were dirty. The cashier's lack of manners, as seen on the camera during my order number 63 on November 18 at 03:42, was the tipping point. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

What I just experience was the worst customer service whatsoever. I went to Burger King this morning to purchase a sandwich. But when I got to the window, I realize it’s probably cheaper to get the mail. So I requested to add on hashbrowns and a Coke. The young lady at the window was very pleasant, but seem terrified because of the manager Treece that was yelling at her during a window about her window time. She yelled at her employee, in front of me. At the drive-through window the worst experience ever and that manager she needs to be fired.
