I came to shop in the night time since the hours online and in person says it close at 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday and the door was locked and it is only 10:30 pm , this is the 1st time this has been done . If you are going to be closing before 12 then yall should really change the hours online and the store hours at the door . This also happened during the week day as well when I went at 9:30 a lady over the speaker said they were closing in 30 min . If the hours are changing at least update them!!!

I just want to say Mr James is the best ! I shop at all the Burlington's and I always ask the same question.....what is the membership for ?? I always hear nothing you just get receipts but today he told me I can apply for credit card to get perks 🙏🏾 not only did he tell me how I can get some perks he gave good customer service from time I walked up to the store getting the cart to leaving . Thank you for your good customer service today 😊

When we wanted to try on our items we had to wait for someone to come to work with the keys to open the fitting rooms, so we decided to grab a few of our items and just leave because we didn't want to wait for an hour to try on our clothes.
