I really wanted to like this place it was my first time here, and I came based on my best friend’s recommendation. She had an appointment for a pedicure, so I decided to give it a try too. The lady was very nice, and I appreciate that, but unfortunately the service didn’t meet my expectations.
I came in with perfectly square, outgrown toenails and asked for them to be trimmed just a bit shorter. Instead, the technician cut them way too short and rounded them in a way that looks really unflattering. I left feeling like I have caveman feet 🦶 definitely not the look I was going for, and now I can’t wear open-toe heels until they grow out again. I also asked for my fingernails to be done, but at that point, I just didn’t feel confident moving forward.
I should have trusted the reviews, but I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I feel genuinely bad writing this review because the owners are so kind and welcoming, but I also believe in being honest—especially when safety and quality are being compromised.
Unfortunately, this was not a $70-quality gel pedicure. They continue to cut corners by rushing through services and diluting the gel polish with alcohol or acetone, which weakens the formula. When applied thick (and without proper curing), the gel lifts quickly because it can’t properly adhere to the nail.
The cuticle work was aggressive, and I was cut during the service. Instead of following proper sanitation, the tech was about to apply Neosporin directly from a shared container—an unsafe practice that risks infection. That alone could be a concern for the State Board, as basic hygiene protocols didn’t seem to be followed.
Other issues:
• They didn’t ask what nail shape I wanted and just picked one.
• The polish is already lifting and looks like it’s grown out.
• The shape is uneven across toes.
I really wanted to continued to support this place because of how nice the owners are, and my mother has been coming here forever! The quality and sanitation don’t match the price point. I hope they take this feedback seriously—there’s potential here, but only if standards are raised.

Horrible, had my daughter waiting and then let someone that came in after get their pedicure before her. All that and the nails/pedicure was horrible. Horrible customer service and nail skill

I've been a loyal customer at this small, family-owned business for quite some time now, and they consistently provide the best pedicure experience I've ever had. The owners, a lovely couple, take such great care and attention to detail with each and every service.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a charming "mom-and-pop" feel. They truly excel at pedicures - it's easily the most soothing and rejuvenating pedicure I've ever received.
While their manicure services can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the day, the pedicures are consistently outstanding. I'm always happy and satisfied with the results.

I have the worst toe nails not only are the ingrown but the grow on an angle, Nina is the best very patient and does excellent work.

I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon in my life. If I could post a picture of my nails I would. I asked for a special design on each nail and a heart on one nail. The lady who did my nails retried painting the heart twice and still did a horrible job. I think a preschooler could have drawn a better heart. I felt bad about letting her know what a horrible job she did so I went to another salon to get them painted over. I got acrylic nails which are known for lasting at least 2 weeks. After the first 4 days of having them, my nails started painfully breaking off. I broke a nail opening a door, cleaning hair out of a brush, and dropping a stack of empty pizza boxes at work. I have never had a nail break before so that goes to show how cheap the set is they use. I recommend saving your money and finding a nail salon that is actually half decent.Service: Dip powder
