Always a great selection of cajon spiced products. Have been grilling the hamburgers for years. And the chicken wings and sausage stuffed chicken wings are the best around! They make a mean stuffed brisket as well as fantastic sausages.

The sausages were pretty good. This place had turtle and alligator meat so that’s pretty good to know. They had all different types of sauces and seasonings. This place was awesome to try, but I think I’m gonna stick to my usual place. The seasoning inside the sausage sausages were not that flavorful.

Very helpful staff. I wish I lived closer, but it's always worth the trip for authentic cajun items and cut-to-order meat. The stuffed chickens are also delicious.
