They moved quickly and made an always stressful situation less so by providing very clear instruction and guidance to help us get through underwriting quickly and efficiently. We were ready to go many days prior to our closing date so nothing came down to the wire. Would highly recommend!

I have been following Gail Rudel for over 20 years and I know when I work with Gail and her team, the loan will get closed well before the closing date. I have NEVER had loan not close when working with Gail when the Buyer followed her lead and instructions. Gail is an OUTSTANDING Loan Officer and I will continue referring clients to her as long as I work in the business.
