I would purchase a vehicle here again. Service is splendid and overall, the shop was very tidy. I love my car so much! The pricing I was able to get for my car was amazing as well. If anyone is looking for a reliable used car dealership, I'd recommend checking out Georgia's Car Shop! They have an extensive selection, and the staff generally does a good job at being so accommodating and help cater to your specific car needs.

I purchased my new car from them and worked with Saleem. It was a nice and pleasent car buying experience. No unnecessary upsell and at no time I felt pressured. I will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended..

SCAMMED by GA Auto World of Woodstock! Same owners . FRAUDSTERS. Sold me a totally screwed up car with all of the slick tactics you can imagine. Verbal reassurances that they thoroughly inspect all vehicles, pointing to some 15 years in business with no issues etc.. They SOLD ME A WARRANTY on a car that COULD NOT BE COVERED. Nobody in the business should be able to sell a vehicle that has been DIY ruined for one thing, ESPECIALLY they should not sell multi-thousand dollar SERVICE CONTRACTS that are INVALID. Should I have been more careful? SURE Do we live in a world where we have regulations and consumer protection laws YES WE DO. I will be pursuing this fraud to the fullest extent possible. Ruined me financially, I have a payment every month for NOTHING.

i would leave a 0 or a -5 if I possibly could. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my soon to turn 16 year old Aug 19. left the parking lot and not even 20 miles and the engine light comes on. I send them a message and Jennifer says no worries we will take care of it. I took days off driving up there where they would say it's fixed come get it. don't even pull out and the light comes on. I made over 10 trips and I don't live close. I took off work and still nothing. i finally had to take it to a dealership where they said to take it and they would cover it being fixed. come to find out their mechanic Joe is the reason behind it. it was a simple fix. then he replaced the cyclinder heads and did so incorrectly scoring them and left out two important bolts which caused major issues in other places. which I have it all documented. they tried to be nice and cover the first small issues of $1800. then when they found out that he did the actual damage that I would have never had to deal with, I never heard from them again. another $3400 out of my pocket to have it fixed. now I know why Frankie left. That is the shittiest car lot with crap cars. They are all crooks. i don't know how they live with themselves doing this to people who work hard for their money. I don't know how they could handle being done this way or people in their family. My 16 year didn't get a car for her birthday bc of them and I had to find someone trusting to fix it right for MY CHILD TO DRIVE SAFELY!!!! So if anyone needs a good mechanic I can tell you where to go. Do NOT purchased a car from this place. they are all lemons.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this business. I know someone who leased a vehicle with them and they were made promises to get the vehicle fixed in order to move forward with the lease. Not even 6 months, the car is not working. When you contact the business, they act as if the never made an promises or had any conversations. Prior to getting the vehicle, they were super responsive. Now, they are non responsive and avoiding picking up the phone. Just terrible, buyers be advised! If I could give them no stars, I would!

Denice was helpful, knowledgeable and just a nice person. Very pleased. Hopefully nothing will go wrong. Well unfortunately, something went wrong. Battery died and had to spend $232 for a new one. Asked Denise for help. Won't reimburse, won't even go halfsies with me. Sad they don't stand behind their vehicles. Disappointing.

This dealership purchase s all of their vehicles from auctions so they never know what they are going to get nor do you!! They promise to make good of your issues, but they DON'T! As you make several ATTEMPTS to reach the individual (not saying her name) to resolve your PROBLEM, she makes MORE ATTEMPTS to AVOID you! It's really funny because she doesn't own the Company , but there seems to be NO ONE ABOVE her to speak with. The issue I'm having is actually a SAFETY issue!!! All I can say is BUYER beware. Go on down the road!!!

I recently purchased a 2016 cadillac escalade from Georgia Autoworld in Marietta. I paid over 40k for my vehicle and went I got it home in South ga it wouldn't start the next day. My salesman was Jamie Crawford. Joe is the mechanic. This is an awful place to do business. I have been getting the run around. Once they get your money, they play games. I do not recommend this place to my worse enemy to do business with. Horrible experience. Do not buy from them. My truck is still in the shop and I am waiting for the owner, Sonny to call me back. I got my 350z from them in great condition, there wasn't no hassle at all with them and I actually felt welcome. I actually had rude interactions with people coming to get cars wanting it their way and not wanting to negotiate how normal civil people do, if you come in with a positive attitude and actually have patience then you will have great customer service they are busy people so let them do their work and you'll be satisfied!

What a joke this place is. We bought a car from them about a month ago. The first time I drove it in the rain, it was raining in the car! A six hour drive with it raining was awful. We called them. They said bring it down they would take a look. So we made the 2 hour drive they said it was the sunroof tubes that needed to be cleaned out and said they “fixed” it. It rained again and the next time I went to get in it there was mold all over the car! My daughter is severely alle

Their finance people are also shady they told me to tell the bank I made more than I did and that the car came with all sorts of upgrades that it did not. I wish I would have searched for other reviews before buying a car there. Worst dealership if that's what you want to call them ever!

I got the car I wanted. They are nice and it was a pleasure doing business with them. The tire light was on during the test drive, I asked about it, I was told the tires needs air. I drove home I put air in the tires. The light still didn't go off. The next morning, Friday @ tire pros, 4 hours and $200.00 later, lights are still on. I feel, even if it's something as small as a tire light flashing on the dash, make sure it's taken care of before you leave. I got a call from them and offered to fix the problem. I opted to have it repaired near me. Thank you very much.
