Customer service is miserable!! I went to exchange a pair of shoes for my daughter and they said that i had to pay more. The cashier name “India” was very disrespectful, she had no training at all. Be prepared when you go to this store. New location terrible staff.

Called in to see if they have turtle necks and the customer service was excellent, warm, and welcoming. This store should teach the store at Akers Mills Square some good customer service.

Great sale on baby clothes and accessories. Cashiers very knowledgeable and helpful. One cashier speaks Sanish as well as English.

Ordered my daughter sunglasses for store pickup. After waiting a while in the pickup parking spot I had to go inside the store because no one had come out with my order. The worker stated she was the only one there and couldn't bring my order outside. Although the sunglasses are perfect, the curbside pickup for this store failed miserably.

Came in at 3:38pm 1.21.22. Was looked at by employee , no greeting. Nothing was said no welcome or anything. Left at 3:40pm... employee just looked up and kept talking to what seemed to be her "friend"

Its 630pm and they are closed! It has a signed open till 7pm. I don't understand why close early if you are not going to change your store hours. This is very inconvenient as i don't live near this store. Please update store hours!

Went into this store to shop.for my unborn baby and was greeted by the employees after being greeted I was followed and asked several times if I needed help finding anything, as if I was expected to take things from the store. I responded that I was fine and would let them know if I had any questions. The Manager stood behind one of the racks watching me look through items I was interested in purchasing, then again another employee asked again if I needed help. I put back all of the items I intended to purchase and left the store after feeling that I was being racially profiled, went to Children's Place and Old Navy instead my experience at those stores we’re great. Please allow customers to shop comfortably. Every one is not a criminal some of work hard and would just like to shop in peace. Thanks!

Probably one of the best retail places I've ever been to. The customer service is exceptional, the staff is knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and thoughtful. Really, every staff member I have come in contact with, whether a general manager or a store associate, they have all shown remarkable customer service and all exhibited equal exceptionality when it came to their job skills. Way to go Barrett Pkwy Carter's in Cobb county!
