Awful - tons of hidden fees and costs since new management took over. AVOID. Their location is convenient but I will drive further to avoid this kind of nonsense.
If you want my business back lose the fees and have straightforward honest pricing model.

Had an excellent experience. Same day iPhone screen repair. Offered me several options at different price points with no pressure. They gave me a realistic timeframe for the repair and finished the work within that window. Communication was good and very friendly.

Completely ruined my phone it was working perfectly fine before i took it in to repair the screen and battery and they put in 3rd party software which made my phone short circuit and it won’t turn back on at all and i paid 500 dollars which is more than what apple charges for their repairs and they actually do it right. Now i have to buy a completely new phone because of this place. I would give it a 0 but that’s not possible so i give them a 1. Instead of this place try going to an apple store or a best buy they charge less and they do it right.
