There has apparently been distinct and untoward changes at this business. Apparently the father, Skip, sold or bequeathed the business to his son Brandon. Wrong move!! The new owner, Brandon is rarely there. He doesn't return phone calls or answer text messages. I recently had some work done on my MGB (that is I hope it was done). The technician seemed capable . On the invoice the technician had over charged me by about $300 dollars. Brandon dutifully made the changes but surprisingly hadn't even reviewed the invoice prior to my arrival. And I had to wait about 30 minutes for Brandon to even show upI also had them put on a new set of tires. A couple days later one of them was flat (probably a leak where the tire didn't adhere to the rim.) When calling Brandon to fix the problem, of course I got his voice mail. My message was not returned. A text message to him was not acknowledged. I will probably have the tire fixed at a tire repair place down the road, eating the cost. I don't see how this business can survive knowing these. The business doesn't even deserve the one star. And the father doesn't seem to care whats going on.

Hard to find good people that do what this place does. The average body shop wants to get cars out fast, and old cars that need difficult-to-find parts are not amenable to that business model. So far Brandon and crew have finished restoration of my 1973 Pinto, done the mechanical work on my 1972 Newport, and are working on my 1965 Plymouth Fury presently. They are very methodical and cautious people with your treasured old car. You don't have to worry about them losing parts like the average body shop. They also do upgrades like installing electronic and fuel injection when customers don't want to stay original. For the guy that doesn't have time to do the restoration himself, this is the place to go. Labor rate is not cheap, but you can trust these guys with your project.

You know, some business has businessman to sell the an idea for the business, but when you come across a company that doesn't need a spokes person you gotta know you are at the right place! If i lived in Atlanta this would be my hang out spot! One of the best companies i have ever seen!

Skip was very friendly and obviously takes great pride in the place and classic cars. Very honest, told me how to fix the issue cheaply myself but I had them do it anyway. Highly recommend.
