Ran up here to grab some feta cheese for a salad I was making at home, that I forgot while I was shopping earlier. This Kroger closes at 11PM. I pulled up at 10:45PM, and as I was walking in, one of the employee's told me that they already closed for the evening, because "someone" shut the systems down. Sounded like an excuse just to turn late shoppers away, like myself. This Kroger never appears to be fully stocked, and kept like others in the area.

Bought some crab legs before Christmas at this location. I was told by seafood guy that cashier has to key in codes at cash register for anything purchased over $100. Woman at self service kiosk told me to go back to seafood dept to get bar codes and when I told her what the guy said she asked "Why?" Then she called seafood dept. and after talking she came over and keyed in the codes. That woman is lazy or racist because she didn't want to help me especially when I was the only customer at that time and needs training on customer service. She also told me there's no more senior citizen's discount and its been like that for years. Is this true? Didn't bother anymore I'm done with this store. Guy at seafood dept was very helpful though hence the 2 stars.

Not the cleanest, some of the staff are nice but others have a bit of an attitude. They never pick up their phones in any department.

This Kroger's experience is entirely dependent on the time of day you go there. Since this location is not close to my house, but close to my work, that means I'm either there early in the morning, or in the after-school rush of the afternoon.In the morning, it is amazing. The staff is friendly, they're either fully stocked (or working on it), the floors are being cleaned by the best man I've ever met to run one of those machines, and it's a very quick in and out experience.In the afternoon, it's a zoo. I try to avoid coming here after 4:30pm because I have found myself waiting for upwards of 30 minutes just to check out. I have found in my years that I am not a patient person after work, and to have to pick something up to take home, and just to stand there staring in an impotent anger over something I can't control? Not worth it. Thankfully, the staff in the afternoon seem to be impervious to it, and just keep working at their leisurely pace, adding to no one's level of patience.I do not take my anger out on them, don't get me wrong, but I have learned to either go first thing when there's hardly anyone else around, or to just go to a better location in the afternoon. If not, I just have to remember to keep breathing and it'll be over soon enough.

I've been going to this Kroger since day one. Over the years it has continuously declined in all areas. Its not kept clean, younger employees are clueless and don't help. Could are less attitude!Weekend evenings seem to brings all the teens and their friends and loud music to the parking lot...Lately the pharmacy has declined. Scripts called in from doctors and customers never notified. Call one in yourself and pick date and time for pick up in automated system are never ready thus having to stand and wait. It's no longer worth my time and trouble at this particular store. Publix is more expensive on food but they've got my business now.

Buyer beware: placed a curbside pickup order on Monday January 9th to be picked up on Tuesday. On my way to pick up the order, I got a call saying they were short staffed and couldn't fulfill my order. Fast forward to today, I have been sitting in the Curbside Pickup spot for over 45minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Disappointing! Half the time, the freezers aren't working properly and the ice cream is like soup. Seriously? I've reported it a few times but nothing changes. Store is dirty, staff isn't very pleasant for the most part and I can never find help when I need it. This is why I shop at Publix, it's superior.

I went in the store today to pick up a few items. I was looking all over the store for saurkrat. I stop a young lady to ask for help. I've been in this store several hundreds of times & never received help. Kennedy not only helped me find my item, she won't stop looking until she found it! She was a life saver! Please acknowledge her. Kennedy is Awesome!!!!
