“I had an issue with the touchscreen on my phone, and when I took it to Apple, I was told that I needed to replace the entire screen. I also checked with Verizon, my carrier, and they essentially told me that I would need to replace the phone, even though I have insurance. Before making such a big decision, I decided to give Peachtree Computer a try after finding them through ChatGPT. From the beginning, they were extremely friendly and professional. They offered a free diagnostic and told me they would call me once they figured out what was wrong. To my surprise, the problem wasn’t the screen at all. Something inside the phone had simply become disconnected, which was causing the touchscreen to stop working. They were able to fix it without replacing the entire screen, saving me a significant amount of money and, most importantly, saving me from having to replace my phone. I was very impressed not only with the quality of their work, but also with how honest, thorough, and diligent they were. They could have easily told me I needed a new screen, but instead they took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found a much simpler solution. I highly recommend Peachtree Computer. I will definitely be using them for all of my devices in the future. It’s refreshing to find a business that is both knowledgeable and genuinely honest with its customers!”

“These are the BEST group of guys!!! All patient and kind and helpful not hover type folks that are just GREAT. No - I’m not related…. I just really appreciate having a brick and mortar to browse and decompress and wander and touch and brainstorm. I had a calendar that was in my Amazon cart that was $10 less than in store. I was doing a price check on some clearance items and he got to the calendar - I said no, I know that one’s pricy. He said - I think this will work on that. It was a $10 coupon…. So thank you! Two Friday’s ago, I went into print a resume - a sweet gent helped me with a few pieces of better paper. I checked out with other items and headed to the interview, then remembered that I forgot to pay for the paper - $1ish. I felt bad and went in the next day. These guys are so very much appreciated. Support your local Office Depot! Keep on keepin’ on!!!”

“Microcenter is an approved service center for Apple products. I went in with an iwatch that had suddenly stopped connecting with my phone. Jesse and Judah provided exceptional service to get it working again. It wasn't an easy solution but they found it. And they were so pleasant throughout the process.”
