Burgers, fries, nuggets and a corn dog as a side. Cook Out’s menu is, as the name suggests, full of items you might find at a backyard cookout. It feels odd to give a past food place a 5-star rating, but with the ridiculously low prices, variety of options, and good quality that they deliver, I have never left disappointed with what I paid for.

Good for a quick bite.My good was tasty. Whenever I come in town, I make it my duty to eat at establishments that are not in Cleveland. My Cajun chicken sandwich was just okay. My hush puppies and cheese bites was really good. I liked that the cheese was white cheese, not cheddar cheese. I should have chosen a different shake though. The banana split was not my favorite. The didn't blend the bananas well and there were huge pieces of banana so I had to open the cup several times. All in all, good trip. Clean restrooms and decent food.

Ok, first time here. Very clean inside, Asked the cashier about their hotdogs. He described it with his fingers, similar to SAM'S hotdog. Nope, not even close. They are just regular dogs, thin about the length of the bun. Got the chili onion mustard dogs, 2 of them which came with 2 sides. Got Onion rings and slaw. The rings were ok, you only get about 5 of them. Slaw wasn't bad, small container, a little dry till you got to the bottom. Service was pretty fast, even with a slight language barrier, which didn't help, him talking through a mask. But I understand him wanting a mask, just hard to understand him. They didn't have coin change for me, so they just rounded down to the lower dollar amount. Thank you for that.Wasn't busy, got there around 1. They have a large menu for individual orders, and they have Special Combo orders they call tables.

Love their shakes, 40 choices of flavors and very quick when making them. And unlike one of the bigger chains, have yet to hear them claim their shake machine is down. I'll definitetly be coming here when I want a good milk shake. I thought their hamburgers and fries were excellent too.Food: 5/5

Every time we travel to Georgia, we have to eat here because the prices for takeaway are unbeatable, thus there are plenty of selections. The milkshakes are delicious and thick, and there are many different kinds to select from. You must try it if you've never been.

Literally the only reason my wife & I even get food here is because it's close to work; otherwise, we would avoid this location if we could, because they are consistently messing up our food orders and giving us attitude when we politely try to have them corrected. Their speaker & mic system seem to have issues that they have not addressed in months, and it most definitely contributes to the problems making food orders.

I usually have no issues at this place but boy was the customer service acceptable. The cashier Talisa (name listed on the receipt) was so rude. She asked for my order and I gave it to her & she rudely told me to repeat it. When I tried to repeat it she cut me off and said I got that part, what do you want on your burger? Okay you say that you didn’t hear it and yet rudely cut me off when I attempted to repeat it. She was so ignorant and impolite & it was obvious she doesn’t care about her job. Maybe it was just New Years Eve help, because I have never been treated so poorly. When I got to the window the order was wrong which tells me she still didn’t listen. The food and service is generally good, but I cannot say now if I will ever return. A manager needs to be present to prevent this behavior in the future. Very disappointed.

I usually don't go out to eat but I wanted a burger. So I got a burger, corn dog, and the Cajun wrap. EVERYTHING was delicious. I ate the corn dog before I got home. Service was AWESOME.

THIS POST DESERVES ZERO STARS... PATHETIC I spend my hard money to eat at this fast food establishment ,im really upset,frustrated and mad that i sat in line and also driven 25 minutes !!! to get here!!! that i only received 2 onion rings in my order. only 2!!! i get home open the box and i see 2 fucking onion rings!!! ridiculous$1.99 for 2 onions rings i can go to wendy's get a 4pc nuggets for that amount!!!what a fucking shame

Came here late night, so you know. Ordered a tray. 1/4 pound burger with Mayo and ketchup + fries + Oreo milkshake, absolutely delicious. Got a quesadilla, that was a flop - burnt and wasn't good. Overall yum

1st time there. Clean, Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was exceptional. I live in Winston County, Alabama and wished we had one. I don't even know if there's one within an hours drive. I will be checking that for sure.Food: 5/5

Average. Pretty quick service and food was ok. The employees were definitely over it. They were interested in getting the job done and that was about it. Location isn’t very desirable. Drive through was congested and difficult to maneuver due to size of parking lot. It was impossible not to block walk-in customers which led to too many cars trying to get in and out at once and irritated people.

Great food, great value, and open late too! The Tray meals come with 2 sides and a drink. For $1 you can sub a milkshake for the drink. Less than $10 per person. I got the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich Tray with fries & hush puppies. I added bacon & cheese to sandwich and upgraded my drink to a chocolate shake, and only paid $9.32At 2:30am (30 minutes before closing) service was perfect, fast, and food was fresh!

Line is ALWAYS super long. With just 4 cars in front of me, it took 22 minutes to get to the menu box to place the order. The thing is. It's ALWAYS like this. Be prepared to wait. Long.
