This place sucks , I wouldn’t recommend. I used to visit my friend a lot . My car got towed for not parking in guest ( mind you there’s no sign saying where guest are supposed to park ) . There’s barely any parking spots unless you pay extra for reserved . I tried to resolve the issue about parking with the leasing manager she had the worst attitude. There is a bad roach infestation & dog poop and trash everywhere . And her air conditioner has been broken since September of 2024 it’s February 2025 and still not fixed after a complaint had been filed .

I don’t even live here and seriously I hate this place. Trash everywhere. Maintenance is a mess. Friends who do live here have hardly any working outlets in their room. They had to be re-moved due to the first unit being covered in black mold. Was literally chased by a feral dog while on the phone to the mf who towed my car(no labels on where to park as a guest btw). Friend of mine was completely locked out of even entering the complex l
Don’t live here. Dangerous. Dirty. The staff are nasty and mean, locked my friend out of their own apartment. Run the opposite direction. Anywhere but here.

This place is trashy. Please do not stay here if you’re attending KSU. Cock roaches everywhere, the staff gaslights you and are very snooty for no reason whatsoever. Not safe to step out due to men cat calling and cornering you up.

A little scary at first, but if you are clean and so are your roommates. It’s nice. The gym is small but there’s a good amount of equipment and pretty good quality.

Do not live here. They do not care. My air condition was broken for two and a half months before being fixed. My car has been towed multiple times at period in which I was literally unable to get proper tagging. I've just recently been told I've been charged an extra $50 every month I've lived here for something that was not made known to me until now (a year and a half after I moved in). Do not live here.
Edit 1: They also blocked me on their Instagram after I tried to bring attention to this.
Edit 2: They will say how they wish for you to email your concerns so they can try and make things better, yet when you do, they either say they're sorry without doing anything, or deny.

Great facility with great amenities and accommodations! Safe also with gated community.

This residence is disgusting. Not only is there mold everywhere..old and dirty couches… upon arrival, rodents/insects coming in from the walls , but my most recent problem is that the property manager (Que) lacks communication and integrity. Not to mention the amenities that I supposedly pay for are not always accessible. The grills around the residence don’t work, the one that does work is in the pool area and has a dead rat in it. During the summertime the pool is constantly closed from week to week & this past summer people that were going into the pool when it was open had their hair fall out, funny how no one notified anyone, I had to hear this information secretly from one of the male staff members.
The gym fountain does not work and I believe is never checked on because it constantly lacks tissue in the gym bathroom. Copper Social is a scam that targets college students with a beautiful mirage but as soon as you get there you see what the real situation is whether it is unprofessional management and/or disgusting housing. Not to mention that this is NOT only student housing but anyone can reside here. Lets then talk about the trash situation, there is only one dump on the property which means when it overflows rodents are present and there is trash everywhere. Then about parking..they recently took away a lot of the non-reserved parking and made them reserved parking forcing you to add more money to your monthly balance. What a disgrace that being a college student not only do you have to worry about school, but also the things promised by property management is never fulfilled , but they never forget to take money from my account every first off the month. DO NOT STAY HERE , I WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR BUTTON.

Copper social is honestly terrible. They do not care about their residents or their needs. Management is very rude, maintenance never comes UNLESS it’s Reece. Parking is the biggest nightmare, I thought that getting into college meant freedom but I don’t even leave past 8 PM because there will be no parking. They are charging for every spot nearby. The pool is never open. The gym never has soap or towels. The pest control people they hired don’t do ANYTHING. They only pass out glue traps. They do not match roommates based off of wants either, my roommate and I required that our roommates tolerate animals, and what do you know it? My roommate is allergic. this whole place is a mess. It even comes with ugly furniture that nobody wants. Oh and the living room couch probably costs $20, it’s so cheap and peeling everywhere on the floor. I’m leaving ASAP

To start I would like to say most of the decently rated reviews left for this hellhole are PAID. Copper will enter residents into raffles just to bribe people into leaving 4-5 star reviews, they are not genuine!!!! It’s just as fake as the staged apartment they show to people touring.
I would give this place -1000/5 stars if I could, this place is a wreck. I lived there from August 2023 to July 2024 and I could not have moved out fast enough. The trash was overflowing to the street over half the time I was there, people will not pick up after their dogs and will leave them on their balcony’s to bark late at night or early in the morning. The parking situation is absolutely horrible too, there are too many times I can recall feeling unsafe walking back to my flat or when it was almost impossible to find parking. I lived with 3 other girls in a 4 bed 4 bath flat and was first to arrive during move in day, it took my roommates hours to even get their keys. Initially walking in, the apartment was a mess, the chairs were old and tearing, the floors were warped and stained, the handles were falling off the cabinets, and so much more. So much had happened to me during my short time living there but some of the more major things were: the ac had broken the first day and it took them 3 days to fix it, our ceiling had a leak from our living room to our kitchen that they never resolved or checked for mold, I went to plug in my vacuum in one of my outlets in my room and the whole outlet sparked and caught on fire briefly causing me and my other roommates power to go out for an entire 2 days. Their maintenance is slow or just non-existent you have to harass these people to get anything fixed. The main star of the show was when my entire room flooded and they decided the best course of action was to put a big and loud dehumidifier in my room and then check on it every couple weeks. They forget about it for 2 weeks and then one day randomly ripped mine and the room next to mine’s entire wall off. No email, no phone call, no text. Nothing. There was just a big hole in my wall with no warning, you could crawl through to the room next door which was inhabited by a stranger who happened to be a guy. We both had gone down to the office outraged, we were never reimbursed and instead of fixing the problem right away they wanted to relocate me to another apartment with 3 more strangers during finals week. They screwed in some dry wall and when they did finally fix the problem 3 days later the mess I had to clean was enough to make me cry. There is so much more I can say but this review is too long already
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND DO NOT LIVE HERE! .

I recently moved into this student apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience so far! The apartment itself is spacious, and fully equipped with everything I need for a comfortable living space. The amenities are super nice, including a well-maintained gym, study rooms, and a common area perfect for hanging out with my friends.
A huge shout-out to the leasing manager, Isabella, who has made the entire process so smooth. From the moment I inquired about the apartment to signing the lease, Isabella was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly.
Maintenance has also been excellent—whenever I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve been quick to respond and efficient in getting the job done. It's clear the team really cares about keeping the property in great shape.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to live as a student, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed apartment around the KSU area.

I would rate Cooper Social a 0/10. When I first moved in, the apartment was in unacceptable condition, and my roommate and I had to clean it ourselves. The parking situation is equally frustrating, as it’s extremely difficult to find a spot. On top of that, my bed has been damaged since I moved in, and despite multiple calls to management, they consistently failed to fix it properly. The trash situation is also appalling and reflects poor maintenance overall. To make matters worse, management issued a demand notice requiring me to move out during a specific period. I complied, yet they continued to charge me rent afterward, which has pushed me further into debt. Even though someone else is now living in the unit I vacated, I am still being charged rent for it. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I strongly advise against moving here.

I recently had maintenance done on my bed frame, and I’m extremely impressed with the level of effort and skill involved. The job was more challenging than expected, but Reece didn’t back down. He used every tool at his disposal, carefully navigating the difficulties to get everything back in working order. It was clear he had both the experience and patience to tackle even the most stubborn parts. The end result was a bed frame that feels sturdy and secure again, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend his services for any maintenance work! Appreciate you Reece!

Don’t live here this place is nasty with bug problems. The air conditioning goes out every other week, half the doors do not close and people do not know how to take out trash or drive. There is cops here every other day. Over all just too expensive for what you’re getting here.

New management has been excellent! Isabella answered all questions I had, was personable, and has truly made Copper Social feel like home!
