DO NOT SHOP in this location, the two middle eastern ladies will follow everywhere thinking that you will stole merchandise, is very uncomfortable, they are not helpful, and the customer service is so fake.
shoppers at cosmoprof are professionals and do not deserved this time of service

Possibly the worst cosmo prof i’ve visited before. On multiple occasions I have been here, the staff is never very helpful or friendly.

Close to my house, always stocked, friendly staff, Wish they gad more free samples when you a lot. As it helps to give it out to clients.

I have been shopping at Cosmo for a Long time. This location is right by my house and I rarely like to go to this location (Roswell rd in Marietta) because the two ladies follow me around and watched me on every isle. At one point I was going back and forth just to see if she was following me. Very uncomfortable and I asked are you watching me? She answered oh no I’m not. I guess she didn’t think I was going to catch her in the act.. Needless to say I’ll just patronize one of the other locations off of Austell road..

This store is amazing, great customer service, super organized and very friendly atmosphere. As a professional cosmetologist I'm always on the run and is very important for me to have a store like this where you don't waste time looking for products.
