These ladies turned me on. I wanted to upgrade my phone and they charged me nothing to do so. I am very thankful for their expeditious service. I bought an iPhone 8 but I can't download my applications, they ask me for an ID number, I don't know, and my email is not accepted. The girl asked me for numbers and the name of my favorite pet, but she didn't explain why I use it.

You know I thought the problem was just with the Hiram location, but maybe the problem is just that cricket isn't a real carrier and because of that their employees have less training than a mcdonald's employee. This location also tried to say that an unlocked OnePlus 7 pro wasn't compatible with their network. It definitely is seeing as one I am a software engineer and know about wireless technology and two the network bands are compatible. Don't go to this location unless you like being sold garbage phones or door some reason like being talked to like you are stupid... Better yet don't go to any cricket store.

The two girls that work there, Jennifer and Esperanza, are the cutest!! They have the best teamwork and amazing customer service. Never received such great service before! Will definitely recommend this store to anyone, it’s great to see such amazing workers ??

I had a phone that was 1yr old.. but my phone wasn't getting calls.. I was getting text messages from blocked numbers and didnt like my phone anymore, but the price of a new phone for an existing customer was terrible..
