Crown cleaners is very efficient very fast and very HONEST.
I dropped off an order Wednesday to be picked up on Thursday.
I went to pick up my order and the total was $86 and change.
Everything looked great except a clear envelope that was attached to my order. It was obviously left in my clothing.

We have been a customer of ground cleaners since 2000. Today was the last day. my wife took her shirt in to have it redone because it wasn’t
dry cleaned as requested it was washed and starched. The wife of the owner told my wife that she was confused which is highly unacceptable. They also washed three of her favorite pants that should’ve been dry clean months ago and blamed it on thefabric and jcrew. This used to be a great business, but not anymore.

I just went here for the first time to drop off a dress to be dry cleaned. I was very impressed! Very quick!!! ? I went to the drive-through and it only cost $13 and was ready in two days. ??Also, the nice owner Chrish (sp?) gave me a soap for New Year’s. How nice! Her daughter is also very sweet too. Definitely use this place for your dry cleaner! ?

They put safety pins in my $200 shirt. It left holes obviously. I can’t comprehend how they could think that was a good idea. Go somewhere else!

Ever since my other Cleaners retired, its been hard to find the level of customer service, quality and great personal service from other cleaners and alteration shops. Most shops tend to get you in and out.Crown Cleaners seems to be good so far. I had two work pants that needed tears to be sewn up and they did a great job. Only small issue was the seamstress is constantly busy so it took a week. No bigge, this wasn't a rush for Mr.The seamstress took the time to inspect the pants, material and tear. Did a great job.I gave a four stars because I the seamstress took the time and inspected the pants very carefully.Normally I would give a three because my interaction was so small. I like when business earns your business vs in and out rush. They know you're new and the I traction is to keep you coming back.The art of good business is lost in a lot of ways.I recommend giving Crown a try.

This place is awesome. I had a small mishap with one of my dress shirts where the seam bled onto the white shirt (was new) and they were able to fix it like it was brand new! They also did a great job with my wife’s Dress alterations and my other dry cleaning. Highly recommend!!

If only every neighborhood had a Crown Cleaners! Not only do they do a great job with their cleaning services, but they also have the best customer service. Their drive-thru is the best! If you are waiting in line, they will send someone down to your car in line to accommodate you while still taking care of those in front of you. In addition, you aren't stuck behind anyone if you are done first - they designed the curb for you to be able to drive over and out. They think of everything and take great care of your clothing.
