My son had surgery and when I went to fill his pain prescription at this location I was told that they wouldn't be able to fill his prescription until the next day because they were backed up from doctor call ins. Why is doctor call in more important than a prescription for a patient that is waiting? CVS seriously expects a patient that just had surgery to wait until the next day to get their pain meds???

Ms. Kayla was at the desk when I visited. She is very courteous and professional. She helped me with the passport photos in less than 5 minutes.

I've been in this store several times in the past couple of weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience each time both regular staff and the manager on duties are always super helpful the store is well kept and clean and everyone is super friendly making this my favorite cvs so far

Calls multiple times throughout the week to hangup after saying nothing on the phone. When I called to let a manager know at this location I was consistently put on hold then hung up on multiple times. I don't know whats going on at this location but your employees are randomly calling me and hanging up. Ridiculous

I waited for a half an hour to pick up a prescription and the member closed the window and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable. I wish I could’ve gotten their name but it was today (April 7, 2022). I am so disappointed at the complete lack of customer service.

Best stocked CVS, bigger store and many more items in stock than Piedmont if you don’t mind driving slightly further. In terms of items in stock this location > Sandy Plains > Piedmont. Staff also friendly (:

Trying to get information from the pharmacist named Nelly who “supposedly hung up on me on accident “ after being rude. As someone who is trying to do the right thing during Covid testing Stephen I was really disappointed with the treatment from this location.

I have never gone here and not had some issue or another. This is about the 10th time. Rx called in on Sunday at noon. It’s now noon on Monday and they don’t have it ready. I’m done. It’s by my son’s school so it was convenient but it’s not worth the hassle. I will be finding a new Pharamacy.

Called to fill a new prescription over the phone today and was told I’d have to bring it in , I told her I was outside the store about to go in the drive through and she then told me that she wouldn’t be able to fill it because they were gonna close soon (20minutes until closing ) , the prescription was for a vomiting toddler… they’ve took less then 10 minutes to do it before , then she told me to go to another cvs 17 minutes away because they were much bigger and closed later , literally don’t see the point in making someone with a vomiting toddler drive further away .

Brought a written prescription into the pharmacy to get it filled. Pharmacist said they didn't have that medication and stared at me blankly. I asked if they could order it. She hesitantly said she would "see" if she could order it, then took my number and promised to call me in a few days with the answer. She never called me.Other pharmacies in the area had the prescription - it's a common one, not like it's something rare or difficult to get. Seems like CVS just didn't want to bother with it.

Cannot get through to anyone by phone. Only the pharmacy phone number is posted. After going through ALL of the prompts, and asking for assistance with product availability, I was put on a silent hold. Called back multiple times only to be put back into that same endless, silent hold. Bad business practice.
