Not happy with this pharmacy. Ran out of prescription while being told it would be ready at a certain time, then receiving a text they have meds on order, more than once. I had to call Dr and ask for my prescription to be sent to a different pharmacy. I feel the pain of the other people who have had issues with this pharmacy and fully understand their unfavorable reviews. I'll not use them again.

Worst pharmacy ever. Systems are down they tell me to come back in an hour. I call cause fool me once... they don't have it but I can call another pharmacy and find out if they have it, if they do I can call back again and get it transferred.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy, I can see why the reviews are so bad.My husband and I went in to pick up medication for our young sick child. The tech led us to believe that the Rx wasn't filled out correctly and had to be reviewed. Panic started to set in as it was 6 pm on a Friday and the doctors office was closed till Monday.The tech didn't know how to communicate and when asked for clarification 3 times she walks away rudely finally mumbling that it was the pharmacist that needed to reviewband she told us that the first time. Which she didn't so Kevin the pharmacist walks over with an attitude and was rude as well. Last time I go to get my Rx there.I don't much go to CVS so haven't been in over a year. Management should bring back the old crew, they were friendly and knew how to communicate.

I’m truly appalled that this location has even 2.3 stars because I would give it negative if I could. You have to account for 30 min to an hour every single time you pick up a prescription. CVS should be embarrassed to have their name on this store.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescription is never ready in a timely manner. CVS please get your act together. Now I can’t get my prescription today and the representative I spoke with told me I have to check back in to tomorrow and it’s a possibility it may not be in stock. Where is the customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

I know CVS Pharmacies a not all equal... lots of variation in quality of service and stocking from Pharmacy to Pharmacy. IMO this is a great pharmacy. Helpful and timely.

This location has the most and best Aetna covered OTC's! The entire store is always fully stocked and clean. My favorite CVS by far!

Do NOT drop off any film here to be developed because you’ll never get it back. They lost our wedding party pics and don’t even care. What a joke! AVOID this store.

Lindsey the Pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever been around. Place is a hot mess. I called 3 times in a week to get a refill on a prescription for my daughter. She hung up on me when I said I was frustrated. She can’t run the pharmacy, she doesn’t have the skill set. I’m sure that location will close soon, just like the one on Shallowford road did.

Horrible experience. My daughter scheduled a drive thru covid test online and paid $70 just to wait in the drive thru unnoticed for half an hour. I suggested she go in but she was hesitant because of a recent positive result from her roommate. She finally went inside and waited yet again. There was no one in line. She was told they didn’t go drive the test anymore and “too bad” when she stated she’d paid the fee. Needless to say it was not a good experience or customer service.

My experience at this location has hardly ever been good. Whether I pick up my prescription inside or use drive-thru window, it always takes forever! And I'm not dropping the rx off, we're talking about something that they notified me was ready for pick up. I get that they’re understaffed, so I don’t blame the staff, but I do blame management for the hot mess that CVS has turned into. If it was up to me, I'd never step foot in this place again, but I'm forced to use CVS by my insurance company.

Elanor in the pharmacy drive through was extremely rude. Was short and cold from the moment we drove up. Absolutely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy is ran by a bunch of monkeys with your heads cut off. Eleanor was especially rude at the window.
