Had bad experiences at this pharmacy and today was no different. Im a man who comes here regularly for my testosterone prescription, and today I was trying to pick up syringes for that. One of the pharmacy technicians referred to me as a lady repeatedly until I stopped her and I said, "excuse me, the syringes are for testosterone" hoping she would catch on. She completely ignored me and continued to refer to me as "maam" until I had to literally tell her I was not a ma'am.I'm a trans man, and having repeated experiences like this here leave a bad taste in mouth. Last time this happened, another technician, made a comment about me "putting my testosterone in my purse." I was not infact, carrying a purse. I rarely have experiences like this elsewhere, but it seems to be a theme here. Not all the technicians are this rude and clueless, nevertheless I won't be returning.

I called the pharmacy to sees how much a prescription would cost. I waited on hold for 25mins. Someone picked up and then put me right back on hold. 15 mins later I’m hung up on. I called back and someone picked up within 3 mins. Make it make sense. Truly frickin ridiculous.

Joyce or whatever her name is the African pharmacist needs to be removed from staff she is slow and rude doesn’t tend to customers ignores you right in your face took my prescriptions and just sat them down didn’t put them in the system and when I called to just on the status the next day it took them 30 mins to find them and then told me to come pick them up I don’t want to fill them what type of service is that CVS really needs to find someone better because she wasted my time and caused for me to be without medication for 4 days I really hope they do something about her DO NOT GO HERE IF JOYCE IS WORKING THE AFRICAN LADY !!!!!

The pharmacy has the WORST customer service ever. Do not expect them to answer the phone if you need to call the pharmacy and in the slim chance they do, prepare to wait 45 minutes for the them to pick up and hang up on you right away. If I could leave zero stars I would. I understand the pharmacy gets busy but it is ridiculous that they treat people who are attempting to get their medicine that way. When you finally get frustrated and go to the pharmacy to get the medicine, they treat you like you’re a bother. I’m switching pharmacies ASAP.

My fiance came into this location to grab some stuff, figured out that the prices are wrong on their drinks, when the manager was asked to help, my fiance was met with extreme rudeness. They were accused of trying to steal, (when they were clearly in the check out about to buy said items.) Then the manager named Daniel banned my fiance from ever shopping there again. This is totally unacceptable and we will be contacting corporate.

I think the staff are efficient and so pleasant! They are willing to answer questions and suggest alternatives if asked. I chose CVS specifically because they are as a rule, GREAT!! 5 Stars

I like to coupon, and sometimes the staff get mad or don’t have patience when it comes to coupons, but let me tell you that Daniel is Awesome he was so paciente, had a great attitude, the best customer service I have found at CVS, he deserves a raise.? I will always shop at this store because of him. He’s a 10/10

Absolute worst service I've encountered. Their automated refill system is cumbersome and if there's an issue like being out of stock, you won't find out until it's too late. Getting a person on the phone is almost impossible and when you do, they seem purposely unhelpful and almost always extremely rude. Even my doctors hate dealing with them. This has been true for all the cvs stores in my area.
