I worked with Cecilie Benefield at DART Direct Mail, and she was great to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my business and marketing goals.
Although I ultimately decided to pause my direct mail campaign due to budget timing on my end, I genuinely see the value in direct mail and in DART’s approach. Cecilie never applied pressure and was always transparent, professional, and helpful.

I've used Dart for the past 2.5 - 3 years and had real good success with them. Dave Banko and his team are very reliable, professional and knowledgeable about the business. Direct mail has been our only purchased lead source for the past 1.5 years and we've had excellent success with Dart, so I would highly recommend them. It's worked out real well for us with close rates that are much higher than internet or live transfer leads.

Been using DART for 5 years. Started scratch in 2019 and they helped me achieve some amazing results year over year. Absolutely LOVE the team! Cecilie has been great to work with. Update on my review, Dart continues to give me a great ROI on my mailing campaign 2 years later. Tim and his team are great to work with and have helped my business grow. I still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mailing campaign.
Dart was at a work conference and I started working with them at the beginning of 2023. They made the process to start my mailers super easy and continue to make it easy.
