Tina, “the manager” at the Marietta location is horrible. Zero customer service skills. Refused to release hold on deposited check. I went to the Sandy Springs branch and their manager released the entire 2500 available ON DEPOSIT! Tina needs to go back to Customer Service training. I will be using the Sandy Springs branch from now on.

I regret opening an account with this bank. It has been nothing but painful. Every time I call on the phone I get someone else who doesn't know what to do. Do not open a business account with this bank. It is only good for simple checking accounts cause anything else will confuse the employees.

I went to change my card info and told them it was because a merchant was charging my account without my permission. Three months later they gave the merchant my new card information without my permission and now they have to send me a new card and I have to dispute the charges. This suck because why would I change my information just for them to provide the unauthorized merchant with my informatio to my account.

I love the credit union, they are the best....low rates, great customer service and yummy treats when you walk in.....Very up to date with their online banking features what else could you ask for? More money well that's on you.

I think 5 stars are not enough. I was in the process of buying a new car and even with excellent credit the dealership would not give me a better rate. I then came across delta community credit union and their process was much smoother along with rates that no one can beat. Melanie Luangrath was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was constantly in touch with me and walked me through everything and made my car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Oh, I forgot to mention, the whole process was completed over the phone and online; without stepping a foot in their physical location.

I am very disappointed with the banking update when there are deposits and withdrawals where there no updates for days. I have accounts that stated that monies were received but I have the same statement in my account so I can't balance my account properly.

I would highly recommend going to another bank. We have banked with them for 30 years and recently have had numerous issues with depositing checks after selling my car, it was from a Navy Federal bank, even after they spoke with Navy federal bank, they would not deposit the check because the buyer of the vehicle's name was on the check too, but he endorsed it. and also did a wire transfer through Delta CCU and we were scammed. We would have been able to get all of our money back, but it was 15 minutes before closing and they gave us the run around and did not stop the wire transfer until next day, which was too late.

Unprofessional and frustrating. Been dealing with the same problem for over a month now. Paperwork was “lost” by them. Had to go and do everything over. And still dealing with issues due to an error on their part. Extremely disappointed in this branch.

Worst customer service I just experienced. Jameka (not sure if that is spelled correctly) does not to be working on the phone as a customer service rep when she clearly has no idea how to provide great service. Very unprofessional.

This credit union, as a whole, is terrible. Online banking has been down going on 4 days now (which is unacceptable). So, I have to go into this location to make simple transactions. The employees are lazy, have no clue that the online system is down, and are unwilling to find out for me as to why online banking is down and when it will be working again. I'll be looking for a new CU and look forward to the day I can rid myself of this place.

Very nice, friendly staff. And now with the current situation, they've got hand sanitizer out for everyone and the staff are wearing those thin blue gloves.

We do not bank with Delta Community Credit Union, but this is where we make all of our deposits. The tellers are always friendly and welcoming. The lines are typically short, or sometimes there are no lines at all. They provide cookies and coffee at the kiosk in the center of the branch. The people sitting near the entrance greet you, thank you and tell you to have a nice day.

Been a member for quite some time. Have referred others to the CU. I get that you have policies, but I know they have been waived in the past, as it has been done for my husband. Came in to get a bank check to buy a used car - expressed concerns about taking cash out of the bank and to a transaction with a stranger. My husband had a $3 fee for a bank check waived in the same situation, years ago but, now that the fee is $5, they would NOT waive it. So I took the cash. And will likely be closing my accounts (which I opened only because their money market paid a good rate, years ago, which it no longer does).
