I recently went here to purchase some Air Jordon 1s. Dicks is a trademarked brand, and since I’ve been here as an on going customer, shopped since the Boston location, I wanted to see what variety they had, and what deals could be had outside of camping life. No dice. Before they had quite a selection of basketball shoes, now, maybe with movement reports, or P/L reports, they geared toward what the area needs, and what they are requesting or ordering. Lots of family’s, with soccer, football, baseball, basketball, and future stars of college and pro sports life from this area. Great Nike, NorthFace, Adidas, and Patagonia Coats, to select and retrieve. Great helpers in and out of isles, with an always clean quiet vibe. Thanks Dicks Sporting Goods, for helping the community to get what they need.

I’ve never been treated so poorly trying to do a simple return. It was just a pair of pants that I happened to buy the wrong size in. I finally got so frustrated on my second attempt that I left them there without store credit or any reimbursement. I’ll be looking for a new sports store

Umm, not sure what's going on here. (Granted, this experience only applies to the shoe department.) The one associate to be found seemed to be half asleep, and then inconvenienced when we asked for help. When I saw the prices of the shoes we were considering, I gave up and left. I couldn't justify spending that much money after receiving such poor customer service.

Went there today with my son to buy shoes. They could not have been more inconvenienced and condescending. We are always polite and courteous, but hard to tolerate being treated like a problem.

Horrible customer service. The staff was not helpful in any kind of way. Everyone was nonchalant and dismissive. Especially Lauren. She went out of way to NOT help me. I ended up getting help from Sheldon who really looked out. It was supposed to be a simple exchange my God!!!

I like visiting this store, because I always find what I need at a good price. On my last visit, Mrs. Dora is really special, kind, very collaborative, and with customer service that others should imitate. I recommend this store 100%

**Exceptional Service and Kind Staff!**
I recently visited the Marietta DSG to exchange a pair of shoes and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. I mistakenly thought the store opened at 8am, only to find out it actually opens at 9am. As I was heading back to my car, a kind gentleman approached me and inquired about my needs. Upon understanding my situation, he graciously invited me inside to handle the exchange, even though the store wasn't officially open yet.
This small act of kindness truly stood out to me, as it's rare to encounter such gestures these days. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodating and friendly nature of the staff and manager.
From now on, whenever I need sportswear or gear, Marietta DSG will be my first choice. Thank you all for making my experience so positive and memorable!

Just walked out. I’ve always had to wait about 30 min to make a purchase for shoes. No urgency to help. Ordered online and got a better deal.
