AWFUL! AVOID!! I had an awful experience here that left my dog injured. The groomer carelessly used a Dremel tool to grind my dog's nails and ended up completely burning off the paw pad in the process. He also puts my 11 lb dog into a headlock to trim nails which is completely unesscessary and scares my dog even more.
It was clear the groomer was rushing, as he finished the trim in under 3 minutes - far too quickly to be done safely or properly. He didn't even bother to tell me about the injury he caused. I saw on the ride home because my dog kept crying out and licking at the spot. Even worse, before I left, he still wanted a tip for awful, rushed service.
I had to get pain meds and creams from the vet to treat my dog's wound. Meanwhile, the groomer displayed zero integrity or concern for the harm he inflicted when I confronted him about it.
I will nevee come back. This place charges a premium while being incompetent and careless. Avoid this place, it will only hurt your dog due to their negligence and haste. Your pet deserves better.

I have been taking my dog here for the past year. I love the work they do and my dog loves it too. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a great groomer!

Will not be back. Although the grooming result was satisfactory for a dog that had long and matted hair, the accusatory attitude of the employee and extra pricing without being told, was disappointing. When I was leaving and another customer was coming in, the employee said “here comes another problem child”. There are plenty of other places to go in the area that will be more helpful than accusatory and will value customers rather than seeing me and others as a problem child. I expect a defensive reply to this review, just like the other reviews.

Absolutely wonderful service!! Our double coated boy was in need of a good wash and grooming, and they took the time here to make sure he was comfortable and not too anxious. ? He came home soft and fluffy and happy as a clam!

Absolutely the WORST experience for me and my dog of any grooming services. Took him back in to shape up. And was blown away.You should have saw this before you left!The rudest employees of all.

I have been taking my little Yorkie to Gladys at Dirty Paw since she first starting getting groomed 2 1/2 years ago. She does a great job and is very patient and kind.

The customer service is terrible. You have to pick your dog up as soon as they're finished & if you work that's not possible.

I was just asked to wait outside in the rain because another person came inside as per their “policy”. Thanks to this obviously extremely important policy, I’m holding my shaking dog in 35 degree rain while I wait to pay. Don’t bother with this place unless you’re ready to bundle up.
*update to response* I was asked to wait outside AFTER another person entered. So the “waiting your turn” element doesn’t apply. Plus I was told “we can TRY to find your car.” No way I’m leaving my dog alone with the preface of “trying”.

I’ve been taking my babygirl here for at least 7+ years and they always do a great job and everyone is very friendly. My dog is now over 14 yrs old and i do not trust another groomer like dirty paw dog spa to take care of her. Thank you guys for taking care of Carmella!!!
