I'm usually greeted when I come in , but sometimes they're very busy. Today, the young lady helped me out with items that I can not find. The store manager was busy stocking shelves. I'd felt a little uneasy going to him cause he was talking on the phone through his earphones. But generally, this is always a great store. Items are very organized, and everybody's very pleasant

Annoyed that they didn't care about their inventory count, their app said they had stock and they didn't want to even know the item i was asking about. No accountability, I know if I ran inventory like this place I'd be fired.

They are always out of stock. Very disorganized. Definitely not my go to store, as I always end up having to go somewhere else.

I am just walking to my car & do NOT think I will shop this store again. The woman in glasses & a striped jumper was very rude & short at me. I had to stand & wait for her to finish messaging & strolling on her phone before she would even check me out. WOW!!! She made it very clear that me needing to check out was bothering her & interrupting her personal cell phone time. But as she has told others before,
"Ain't nobody gone do nothing!! I will still be here tomorrow, so learn to deal with it or go some place else!!!"
That woman meant that from her sole & it is NOT going to change. Wow!!!

BUYER BEWARE!
Always check the prices from shelf to check-out, they bait and switch constantly
Review is company wide, but this is the location I tested this at. I had heard this and went to see how true it was or was not, while doing shopping for my daughter's school related events getting lots of small items, there was a $12 difference from shelf advertised pricing over what I was charged.

Quincy is awesome and such a sweet cashier!! Made my experience great. He has a great attitude and good customer service. I love coming here because of the prices and good finds. Store is a little messy in places and low on stock, but otherwise is good.

Dude working here is soo lazy. Would not open the bathroom and didn’t know where anything is and moved at a snail’s pace. He was more concerned about his man purse he was wearing than being personable and helping us. He def is a Biden lover. This dollar general sucks

Literally never have anything you need always short staffed. I just came from up there and there’s a sign on the Door stating that they’re closed and will be back shortly. That was over an hour ago. This is the only Dollar General in the East Cobb area. Such an inconvenience throw the whole store away.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD WHEN THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE IT MEANS THERE ON THEIRS!! I LITTERALLY CALLED THE STORE WHILE I WAS IN THERE NO ONE ANSWERED AND THERE WAS A ASSOCIATE UP THERE AND AND ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS IN THE WHOLE STORE WILL NOT BE BACK! WAS CHECKING TO SEE IF THEY HAD A ITEM BEFORE I MADE THE DRIVE SINCE THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING TGERE PHONE!

The staff here has always been nice as can be, but they don’t take care of it or maintain it. The store is only about a 1/3 stocked and is very messy. Just needs better managing, a full clean up, and restock. It’s been like that for quite some time.

3 out of 4 times I went in the afternoon and it was closed. Today 10/22/23 there was "exact cash only" sign at the register. I didn't have that. The food I wanted was expired. Candy section. Whoever actually owns the store needs to drop by for a visit. I know I won't be til you take a little pride

The store today September 26th at 12:15 noon. And when I tell you the lady that was there today a sister. Wanted to be the stereotypical black woman, because of decision she has made. When we coming to the store we don't always want to meet the angry side of a person that supposed to serve us. It's your job to make us feel comfortable and somewhat satisfied. Leave that drama at home for your mama.
